Unhappy jassSD problems

I have some problems with jazz sprite dynamite.
first of all:
1. When i use the pick color tool, some sort of error is displayed and the program quits.
2. When i save, the program says "error" and nothing is saved.
3. When i save as gif, the gif file contains nothing but empty frames.

I'm using Windows 98, could that be the problem?

hope someone can help me

This isn't really the right forum to ask these questions. I refer you to this thread. Read it, and if your questions are unanswered, ask there. I'm sure Neobeo (the author) may be able to help you.

Unfortunately, I don't have win98 on any of my computers. For a start, you could try downloading a newer version of the VB6 runtime files and see how it goes.

Actually, this would be the perfect place to ask for help... unless JSD has its own forum.

Another problem: When you click "Resize Frame", and then "Cancel", JazzSD crashes.

I've seen the same thing happen with UF's patches... It's probably not the sprites...

If you ARE using UF's patches, uninstall right away.

Impossible, the JazzSD built-in patch doesn't work for me.
EDIT-Well, I unpatched the 1.23.1 patch to my Pako'd JJ2, patched the built-in patch and it worked perfectly...
