Maybe the hidden artist in you has long since passed away.
And I'd recommend drawing and coloring on paper and then taking a shot out of that making it an actual drawing. Technically you haven't drawn anything if you make it on a computer. That is not to say that yours wouldn't have been good, of course. I couldn't have made better ones myself... |

Not bad. Paul still wins (10 or 15).

The old jazz makes me feel wonderful. Jazz Jackrabbit Demo was the first real computer game I ever played! I used to draw jazz in every art work I did at school and the teacher eventually banned jazz and gave me detention everytime I drew him. Wonderful teachers...

Some impressive logos this year. Some almost made it. Cooba's had the problem of looking like a movie poster, every version he had of it. P4ul's are a bit too modern looking and lacked jj2's 'feel'. Most of everyone else's did clash with the color scheme, but they look good on their own.
R3p gets the coolest logo award just because. ![]() Congrats to Sperry! This will be added to the site. However, please try to avoid making the 'buttonish' borders for future logos, as they make the site look like there's more to be desired. This logo doesn't capture the competitive aspect of jj2 as much as some of the others; This is chosen because it captured jj2's atmosphere with a modern feel too. Way to go Sperry, I thought you had the best logos this year.
Though I wanted this one of Sperry's bunch to win D: EDIT- I'd also like to jump the gun and announce my entry for JDC 14: ![]() Last edited by n00b; Jul 18, 2007 at 09:44 AM. |
