I DONT KNOW OMG WITH MY NEW CARROT CITY!
I STARTED NEW LVL, SELECTED TILESET HOTELD RHOTEL BUT
ALL WHO TRYING JOIN TO THIS LVL: ERROR DOWNLOADING FILE!
HELP PLZ!

what is the tileset filename and the level filename?
What is your internet connection?
Is this tileset homemade, if not, where did you get it?

It should be common levelmaking practice to use name "Codes" for the filenames, with no spaces.

tileset: HotelD RHotel.j2t
music: K_Vision.s3m
JOINED: NOBODY!

Hmmm, this sounds more like a hosting problem than a file problem.

Only other thing I could suggest file-wise is to remove the space in the tileset's name (Ie: rename it to HotelDRHotel.j2t)

it's not the tileset. i've seen levels online using that tileset. it's probably because you saved the level during hosting. people get downloading errors when you save the level file hosting, when they try to join. it can also be 1.23 player trying to join your 1.24 server. which doesn't work because the levels type is 2.24 (which means the level is only for 1.24).

Attention levelmakers:
Dont name your .j2l and .j2t files with next letters: "+" "!" "=" "-" "%" "@" "|" ">" "<" and etc...
Example:
filename: !tralala!.j2l
Joined: nobody
Reason: Error downloading file...

I hope you understand me...
