Changing Weapon
I've been playing online a bit lately, and it's great to see so many people playing still.
It's reminded me of a question I've been meaning to ask for ages but never did: How do you change to the most effective weapon quickly? Lets say, for example, I'm blasting away with my seekers and suddenly I need some gun9 to get someone through a wall. I need to hit 9 but I find I need to look at my keyboard to do that. Then the opportunity passes. In games like Counter-Strike you only have a couple of weapons so having the right gun is pretty easy, but with 9 I find it's difficult to manage. Am I being a noob or is this just a fact of life with jj2? |

I find reaching 7, 8 and 9 kind of annoying. Luckily, the game's most useful weapons are on 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6. Gun9 can sometimes be useful, but it usually isn't since it's slow and only does 1 damage. 8 is also pretty situational.

I can just change weapons very quickly after all these years.

Blur needs to set a weapon priority.ini type file or something.

I've always used enter for cycle weapon and can change to any weapon in a split-second using just that.

I use the numbers. It does take a while to get used to, but once you do, it's quite fast and effective.

You still need to switch to that unless you download the non-weapon-changing-thing on j2o

This. I rarely use numbers other than a quick switch to bouncer, seeker or RF, depending on the situation.
