I noticed there are almost 20,000 users registered to J2O. I think this is lagging the entire internet.

Maybe it's most likely that users who didn't sign in for the last 5 years mostly never will sign in again. So I am bringing up the idea to delete their accounts with the exception of account name, leaving their contributions credited to an unlinked account name.

We've got enough database space, no need for that.

While I will obviously not be this active on J2O for the rest of my life, I have no plans to stop coming around, ever. Odds are pretty good that I'll continue making at least semi-regular visits for as long as the site exists, so deleting my account because of the odd absence (I do make those every once in a while) would be something I would not appreciate.

I'm sure I'm not the only site member who holds this position.
