There is some Buttstomp scenery to the right of those blocks so there is more below.

Well, color the background more blue. I'd say R:120 G:110 B:230, but you'll have to try yourself, and see what you like. Also, make the background move if you haven't already. That means, set the Auto X/Y speeds to something like 0.3
Should be good.

How can I make the BG better? I've done R:110, G:120 & B:230 in layer 8.

Used dark green tiles in Layer 8. Used R:0, G:0 & B:255 to get a cool light blue effect in the background.

Looks like I started a conversation. Anyway, The level I will be making with the Diamondus set will be a race level so it will still be different from the rest, also some new eye candy ideas are used. No screen though, the level is in a too early stage to show one of it now.

I forgot to put ßattlepack! and Night Cruise in the list, but that pack and that level were removed from J2O. Probably because there were no reviews(?) or the author wasn't satisfied or something. But P4ul has used Diamondus Beta 7 times, and worked on The Lost Battle Game's eye candy which makes it 8.
And Sacrush: I hope you can surprise us when your level is finished ;P. |

Oh, I would also like to tell that I'm going to make a pack(again) and 3 levels of the pack are almost ready to be tested, The third level is an Orbitus Battle level, and I'll host it when I have time. But the problem is that I don't know a nice name for the level. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Need to find music for the levels as well. The first level's music is not that good in my opinion, and I haven't looked for the music for the other 2 levels. |
