Ultimate weapon? If it's really what I think it is...
Yes. I can use it in multiplayer. A little cheating operation ![]()

Well, if anyone can think back, really really really far, to the Epic MMB, I was the first to hypothesize (sp?!) that the Laser Shield was the Ultimate Weapon, because the only way to get it is to type "jjshield" four times. It is not placeable using JCS, and it fits the description that CliffyB (was it CliffyB?) gave of the ultimate weapon (weapon #0). It just makes sense.
Of course, there were also the "unfinished weapons". That is to say, weird MCE's of strange looking pellet/fire thingies. A well, I'm confusing myself. Goodnight.

The unfinished weapons...
Hmm how about that gun devan uses? Have people found its ID yet? Its comes as a surprise to me that no one mentioned it yet. The gun Devan has could very well be the improved version of gun 1 (blaster) who knows how to get it?

I've been trying to find ID for that gun since I discovered MCE's (a year ago) but I still didn't find it. Another example comes from a level called Hare Scare. The "Bolly Boss" uses strange rockets too. Or the "Tuf Boss" aka schwartzenguard uses another weapon. More strange weaponry...

Well, looking for those will get your nowhere (most likely). Those weapons were prolly coded so that you have to have that boss to have that weapon.

Well Guess we are back to the 1.25 conversation then.
To make Devan playable would be an acomplishment... He could have a different arsenal of weapons like the mce guns instead of bouncy and toastie, the Devan boss gun instead of the blaster, the robot boss gun instead of the pepper spray and the rockets as RF, he could have the bilsy?? boss fireballs (homing) as seekers... That would make the game a ****of a lot more interesting would it not?

Sorry guys, seeker is the best underwater
![]() Why? SIMPLE! Seekers move faster than you underwater so it is impossible to dodge them ![]()

Whoops, I forgot to mention some stuff about the pepper spray.
Did you know that the pepper spray: 1) Travels the second furthest of all projectiles (beaten by the seeker with 6 tiles if i can remember right) 2) Is the fastest moving projectile. YES! That's right, it moves faster than the RF and travels further. It takes less than a second to travel the total of 32 (or 34) tiles. How do I know this? Simple! I tested it all, in split screen i had a look at how far the projectiles go and also timed them with a stop watch until they exploded (reached their destination). I had a full table to with all the results written on it, but lost it during our move to the UK. I guess it will shock you to know that the powered-up bouncy travels third farthest, and is very close behind the other two ![]()

In that case disguise, can you not post the results here?
That would give the players an impression of how the weapons compare to one another, because I think the gamedesigners have given it more thought then we usually do...

"Even Devan"? You make him sound so hard!

My favorite is fastfire bouncers (powered up or not; doesn't matter)
The poweredup ones do more damage, but the regular ones move better. I like how they go down, so you can stand at the top of a cliff and hit people who can't hit you, and they're also really good in tunnels. I also like spazzes kick, except I use jazz most of the time, so it isn't that useful to me. If I could make up a weapon, it would be one of those rocket things from Jazz 1 that the turtle rides on, because you could control it and it would do lots of damage because it is so big. |

I think that almost all of the different kinds of ammo (exept tnt) is equally useful in multiplayer in some way. I dislike pepperspray though, I don't really have a use for it. My favourite two for dueling is powered up seekers and bouncies.

I most of the time, always use my blaster. It never runs out of shots and I cheated on getting you gun to a really high fastfire amount, and it was really cool... if you just hold down your shoot button it looks like a lazer beam. Sometimes I use that cheat, but other times I like playing without cheats and enjoy the level.

Actelly I love peperspray in Instagib, they are hard to see, and they hit my opponent 99% of the times.
Each weapon has their special avrage in each gamemode. Buttstomp sucks in instagib honestly. |

I would have to say the powerup seekers, of course. They are hard to avoid, especially in enclosed areas. Blaster powered up with a lot of fastfires can be deadly, too.

BTW I like powered flame best, since it sit a few seconds on walls and floors, hurting anyone there. Also it runs out slowly, doesn't need fastfire, and shoots far if you're running. The only downside is you cannot shoot it underwater. ![]() ![]()

My fav gun is PowerUped RF! But the most usefull for me are seekers (U) and bouncers (U). I dont use much of side kick but sometimes its usefull. Buttstomp is usefull too like side kick.
