TBM: I don't know if a name like "FQuist's Clone" would be allowed or not, but it seems like it would be counterproductive after all the effort you put into being called "The Blaziken Master" instead of your old name. You also cannot change your name until the end of this month.
N0B0DY: The "Formerly" field is intended to tell other users who you are after a recent name change. It's not supposed to be a profile or vanity field. If it were used that way, its usefulness would be undermined. DarkSonic: This thread is only for JCF name changes. There is currently no mechanism on J2O for name changes. If you really want your name changed on J2O you could talk to an active administrator there. LittleFreak: Sorry for missing your post the first time. In the name change history I indicated your name change date as the date of the original request.

I've seen Flash's request to have that "formerly" thing forever. Can I have that too, with the 2 in my old name removed? (formerly: PHT)
Would be nice, as I'm still using my old name on Jazz2Online. Thanks. ![]()

Ok, sorry, I feel better now. I edited this post. Anyway, YOU WILL NEVER GET BANNED TBM! I can almost take a bet on that. Anyway, I guess my post got deleted or something. I was saying that I keep thinking that you are a new member, LittleFreak. I'm too used to your old name, that I don't realize that he is you.

Alright, for the first time ever, in JCF History, and I will be the only person so far to do, I'm changing for the second time. Finally, 5 months have passed. After 2 months of careful thinking, because I won't be able to change my name again until July, I decided that I would choose a name that I registered things with, but a name that I would only use for 1 forum. And thus....
Please change my name to "Tubz"

Newspaz: You may change your name to "Newspaz", but the former username field will not be added. Please confirm that you want this, as it will do nothing but preclude you from changing your name within the next five months.
Darobi, LittleFreak: Your former username fields will be kept until you wish otherwise. I've added this as a provision in the original post so more people are aware that it is possible. Everyone should note that posts or parts of posts not pertaining directly to name changes may be removed.

Snooze: Does that mean you want your name changed back to "Snooz"?
Michael: That would probably be allowed (I'd say it is, but I'm not sure what the other administrators would think), but are you sure you would want to be called "PeesInTheShower" for five months?

Link it's a funny name that often brings a smile on people, and I won't die if I regret it.
Plus I can't blame anyone but myself for it if I regret it, thank you for checking if I am sure though. (: Ask the mods if they think it's fine and if it is, go ahead change it hehe. |

Michael, unfortunately you can't change your name to "PeesInTheShower" at this time. While the name is questionable on the JCF, it is also not representative and the administration feels that it's not really a serious name. If you don't like the name "Michael", you can still change it to something else, but try to think of something that is more like a name and that people would be more willing to call you. You can put the requested name in your custom title if you really want it.
Also, several posts in this thread were deleted for being off-topic. |

The name is questionable: can you please make the discision of if it is or is not allowed, I think it seems alright but that's just me. d:
Representative: I was going to save this one for later, but.. actually it is, sometimes I do pee in the shower instead of before hand in the toilet, to save the flush water (which is around 8 litres) and use the shower's flow to flush, since there is a water crisis in Israel. Serious: I have had this whole week to seriously reconcider, and I still want it, so I am serious and it is representative. I want a differant name, people can still call me by it though "he who pees in the sower". If I would register like a new guy with that name, it would be allowed, correct? if so then the way I see it, I should be able to change it to that as a registered user too. Pls reconcider since the only probler now is that the name is questionable because of it's content about the rules. |

I have this upside-down question mark from Spanish charset. It makes logging in harded but I usually don't read JCF from other PCs so I don't have to log in too often.

:):0 and White [VS], you cannot change your names until five months after registration. This will be in August and May respectively. However, if you have other accounts on the JCF and wish to fix names, we might be able to make exceptions to the five month rule.
Sonyk, any ASCII characters should be fine.
