You didn't know you were crashing? Either you're not very observant, or you're obviously lying.
Me, I'm not playing right now because the game's kinda boring... CTF in JJ2 would be fun if it felt more like it does in UT or UT2k4, but instead it feels kinda lame.. You can't kill others quickly, because you have to hit them, wait for them to stop blinking, and repeat. It doesn't feel like such a daunting task to attack the base, steal the flag, and escape. It's more thrilling when you have the possibility that you might not escape with the flag alive. Defense is also more fun in UT because you can actually kill the enemy before they grab your flag. That, and because I'm getting into Sonic Robo Blast 2. |

And I'm sure someone experienced enough will show that CTF in JJ2 isn't all like what Aku described it as.

1. No internet until tomorrow
2. Jazz is boring 3. Star Wars Battlefront (which is also turning boring) 4. Same old, same old. No new Jazz sequels. No new freshness means one stale green bunny. *ptttht* 5. Life. 6. Better ways to do stupid things. |

But JJ2 has a community where most people play for the internet play. In Pong, you can play alone or find a version like the original and get a friend or enemy to play. But most people in JJ2 would rather play online.

It's still better than random shooting IMO. Also, camping isn't as useful in Instagib battle games since you don't really need powerups or carrots, and ammo is often distributed evenly.
On a sidenote, I believe any gametype can be fun under the right conditions. (And Assault owns.)

Instagib is fun because you don't have to think of stupid bunny game strategies and just have fun running around shooting moving objects.

Well, I can enjoy your levels with 2-3 players, but I start to dislike the gameplay after more players join. I should probably mention that for larger Instagib levels, players would need more incentive to play in all areas of a given level since powerups have lower priority and carrots have none. The only decent ways around this that I can think of is using multiple shields located far away from each and/or using coin warps (at a low amount) with shields.
(By the way, if someone remembers my coin equation, it would be greatly appreciated.) I also agree that Instagib would work better with team games since players have more reason to use tactics.

Instagib is also really horrible in small levels with lots of lag, because you get killed while blinking but you yourself can't hurt anyone since you're blinking.
