It seems to me that Wallace is just doing whatever he wants not thinking of any possible consequence.

Follow Uberbob's suggestion from earlier, in a previous life. Find a potatoe, put it in a doorway, and pick up and put down a gem really fast. Then we will have MASHED POTATOES to eat.

We could try mashing the campcrystal and see if there is something inside it, like map, or even a clue.

Bad idea. I quote:
Once on the bridge I stood across from the carving on the wall and looked at it through the crystal.

If we can see through it, then there's probably not anything inside it.

Have we tried picking up multiple crystals at once, instead of only one?

(-) guys...

WE FREAKIN' KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE PICK UP THE CRYSTALS!

Radium sez to try what we know. Here is what we know:

-The crystal in the inventory is important (A piece of the puzzle?)
-the crystals can be rotated, but not moved from it's place, and not lifted
-there are four crystals divided in two rooms, and 7 in the other two, making 11 in the four rooms all together. 12 if you count the one in our inventory
-there is some significance to the poem that is written on the wall. A possible breakdown of it
-Sombody else was trying to solve this puzzle before somthing got him.

Could fooruman or someone else fix the PDA? it might hold a clue.

Who says someone else was trying to solve this puzzle? He may not have lasted long enough to do anything.

And the crystals can be moved, just not towards the doorway or up.

I didn't mean here . I recall we asked l33tzan and a few others if they could fix it back at the mansion. They couldn't.

I think before we progress, we all need to go back to at least the Mansion, and read everything up to here to make sure we haven't tried fixing some item, or if we haven't already tried something with the crystals.

If we're going to kill Faw why not take my suggested idea earlier? Toss our crystal into a room with crystals so the room closes off and then see if it's done anything else to the map.

If it doesn't, then we'll have to kill faw and in the process we can experiment with picking up the crystals in various ways at an open crystal room.

Sorry for ignoring this, but I hate having to narrate the start of this puzzle again and again and again. If someone summarized everything you know about this puzzle it might help you figure out what new to try.

And Kaz, the fact that Dev and I are avoiding answering the shapes of the camp crystal's sides should imply that we don't know what they are or even how to figure it out, and it's thus not important )=. Seriously, though, actually giving them to you would've been a great red herring and I tried really hard to think of a way to figure out what shape they would be.

Ok so we know impaling Faw isn't the solution, excellent. I can finally stop giving in to AE and Canti.

On what to do, I'm equally stumped.

Hey, remember way, way back, when we were first impaling Shuriken? You DISTINCTLY said "Pick up the gem after dropping it," to which Canti DISTINCTLY responded "Except don't."

Unfortuately, the only thing we saw that gets results is the spike trap. Even rotating the crystals (Which I thought might have been useful) did not do anything.

Hmm, that's interesting now that I think about it. moving them towards the door and lifting them is all we did do didn't we? Did we try swapping crystal positions?

In Part 3, we tried kicking, sliding, picking up (bad), and pulling them out of the room (bad). We also swapped the campcrystal with the pyramid, but that was back when L33tz4n was impaled and had uncertain results.

Pikcing crystals up results in impaling, but picking up the camp crystal doesn't result in impaling. Maybe we can find out more if we know what happened at the campsite...

I meant early on in Part 4, not the puzzle as a whole.
And it was a tad mixup, I meant Xobim.

List Spells.

Maybe the crystals will only let us pick them up if we are holding less items.

Animate Dead?

If you used Animate Dead on it, either it would have no effect or you'd get a living skeleton with no head. What use would that be?

I'm at a loss at how "finding clues" automatically translates to "enable trap".

I think this explains why we're not getting anywhere in the puzzle.

What I ment was swapping the positions of two crystal that are there.

(Using the SE room as an example)
pyramid < swaps places with > Shard

One thing I Mentioned, but have not listed here... I'm sorry, I sort of lost you there... Geez, this puzzle is worse than a "Gobliiin's" Game!

have faw's "mind voices" explode in an violent argument over the crystals!

Here is our list. I encourage everyone to add to it:

-The crystal in the inventory is important (A piece of the puzzle?)
-the crystals can be rotated, but not moved towards the entrance, and not lifted
-there are four crystals divided in two rooms, and 7 in the other two, making 11 in the four rooms all together. 12 if you count the one in our inventory
-there is some significance to the poem that is written on the wall.
-The spikes are telling us we are doing somthing wrong, and get worse if we keep making errors
-
