Lightbulb JJ3 Petiton

Hi everyone,
Someone mentioned making a petition to send to epic to make jj3. First, we need 2 things. If would you buy JJ3 when it came out, and if yes, then either PM Uniacke1,
or send an E-mail to Jazz3Petition@jazzfun.cjb.net, with your E-mail and country.
If we get enough, I will compile them in to a list.

It would suprise me if Epic would listen to their fans. Try charge to their office and I bet they'll open fire.

Nah, 20 times is too little. I'd say closer to 40 or 50.

Actually, having infinate people would make it work less. I would think Epic would be suspicious if they saw a petition signed by more people than the entire population of the Earth.

Actually, judging by the fact that they
1)Deleted the JJ2 official site
2)Deleted the JJ2 serverlist
3)Cancelled JJ3 simply because they "didn't have a publisher"
4)Don't care about our petitions
5)Never responded when we asked them to renew the official JJ2 site
...
then NO! they are NOT the "biggest litseners to their fans!

They lost money on Jazz2. In other words, even if Epic had a guarantee that everyone who bought Jazz2, Holiday Hare, and Christmas Chronicles would buy Jazz3, it still wouldn't be enough people to even cover the cost of the game, much less make a profit on it.

You're going to have to go much further than J2O to get the number of signatures you'll need.

Actually, all of the online petitions for game-related things (new games, patches, ect.) have worked. (The total count would be two of two.)

No.

Epic is an awful game company. Most of their games are pathetic and full of flaws, it's no wonder why they lost money on Jazz2. I gave up counting how many Jazz2 crashed for me or how bored I was playing the single player.

A good example of a company that listens to their fans: Blizzard. Just alone their game patches are amazing.

What Jazz needs for better selling is better commercialising, like Sega did with Sonic.

No.

No TV shows. TVs attract idiots. We don't want Jazz to become like, say, Counter Strike.

JJ3 is never going to be made by petitions. Epic simply doesn't care about our small community. There might be a few employess, former or current, who show some genuine interest, or have pushed for a sequal (CliffyB and Noogy, for instance), but probably not. Certainly not with this petition.

Ok, so we have idiots. So what? Haven't we always? Can't we just divide the community into game and TV sections anyway? Shouldn't be too hard.

Idiots will exist always and everywhere. I call myself an idiot too (I WANT A JJ TV SHOW NO JOKE). So what you're trying to say Spaztic, is that JJ is dead and you don't care about it?

Yeah, that's precisely what I said. Thanks for playing.

How you got the idea that I don't care about this game by saying a TV show isn't a good idea is beyond me. Saying that a petition not going to help anything is not being pessimistic, it's being realistic. Of course I still care about Jazz and the community, why else would I be here? Why would I spend so much time on the forums and in #jj2. I recently made a new tileset, I'm still moderately active. Of course I want a new game, all I'm saying is this is a foolishly idealistic way to try and get it.

flood and flood and flood them with emails begging them to release the jj3 demo or at least continue the game so that all the JJ1+2+3 fans can actuallt play the games!

I think its absurd that epic dosent even want anything to do with its best gave ever (IMO) so i think we should go to noogy's website and bombard him with emails...or something.........

Yeah...let's spam them with e-mails. I'm sure that's what works.

What do you do with the spam you get, Killerrabbit? Probably delete it without even taking a look. They aren't going to do something like this just because a few juveniles began sending them a bunch of crap.

I seriously doubt there's anything significant we could do to get the ball rolling. Someone from inside Epic would have to institute it.

A Jazz2 TV show? That is just plain freaky. Why? Simply beacause:
1. All the good voices were taken.
2. Picture this: Spaz talking
3. What is the storyline?
4. Anybody know about the Legend of Zelda show? Cancelled because nobody liked it. (Not that I wouldn't like it, but they wouldn't have any storyline to base it on.)
5. Who would make it?

He already talks. Quite often, if anything.

Well, odds are it would feature the adventures of Jazz Jackrabbit as an agent of R.A.B.T... and every few episodes there would be cameos from Spaz and stuff, and at the end of the first season there would be a big giant episode which somehow linked the JJAverse to the JJ2verse.

Nevertheless, lots of Sonic shows get made, and Jazz has much more in common with Sonic.

Maybe so but Sonic has games with deep storylines (about 3-5 games) yet Jazz only has 1 game with storyline. My point sad.
