How do you post a picture file? Eatch time I click the "Insert Image" button it asks me to format text and says [IMG]xxx[/IMG]. What does this have to do with inserting a picture? I tought you only had to browse for the picture and click the file to insert it...

I always go to www.imageshack.us and there upload picture,then copy the URL or something (well youll see) ,and just paste here,and leave some space for the picture(press on enter 3 or 4 times).

instead of "xxx" you must post the url of your image:

This code would look so in the forum:

You just paste it in your text ,don't press on that button that makes [IMG] things.

Your custom title amuses me in context...

If you want a little more control over images, go with HTML. < img width="#" height="#" src='URL" border="#" alt="DESC"> and some other random stuff.

*ahem* Let me explain in detail.

This is the internet. It exists all over the world in no particular place, really.

This is your picture. It is on your hard drive.

However, other people can't see things on your hard drive. Therefore, you need to put your picture on the internet, like so:

Good chunks of internetage to use are Photobucket, Geocities, or spending money to buy your own website, like http://www.foxmage.com/

OK, I am good with computers (local settings, hardware...) but not very good with things related to internet or network. This is my weak spot (but not for long).
