This is where I intend to add links to Paint Shop Pro to make it easier to find. But in the meanwhile you can try to find the program through your favorite search engine. Or you can visit the site of the newest owners of PSP at Corel.com, though I can't say how useful their version is. For additional information, see this Wikipedia entry.
Alternatively, you can try your luck with GIMP (also see this link), which from what I heard is a very good program that comes free of charge. I'm sure there are many more choices out there, but when chosing which graphics program to use, try to avoid MSPaint! -BlurredD
