Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Online

This is a small command line program that prompts the user for several things including the version of JJ2 to create a patch for, the desired name, desired character, and desired fur colours.

The program generates a .reg file using the input which can be sent to a new player who you are trying to help get a coloured name and coloured fur for online play. I belive that it is much easier than sending a download link for JazzED and telling somebody what to click and where to type.

This is my first C++ program, and I have decided to include the source code to it as it is only simple and I don’t stand to profit from it. Maybe somebody could make an uncluttered GUI for it at some point. Maybe I will.

Usage instructions are in the readme file included. If there is enough demand it will not be a problem for me to add HH98, CC99, and lori support to the program.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROGRAM SUPPORTS BOTH 1.23 AND 1.24 (TSF) AT THIS TIME.

Also, if you wish to send the .reg file by MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger you will have to zip it, as these programs do not allow the sending of .reg files for security reasons.
