This is my Lost in Marble Gardens pack. It is only my fourth upload. I don’t upload much stuff to J2O.

Jazz & Spaz end up lost in Marble Gardens, but play the pack if you wanna know more. There was originally gonna be a Secret level but it wouldn’t work, so it’s been abandoned. :(

EDIT: Forgot tilesets. Added now.


1. Removed Brown water from Underwater Switch puzzle area.
2. Placed additional signs in the Maze that appear when switches are pressed to help the player find the exit.
3. A secret level is now under construction but I have no idea what to put in it. I want it to be something the player wouldn’t expect. What would be a good tileset to use? The area where the Secret Warp would be is in the level but is empty ATM.
4. Placed warps above the invisible Sucker Tubes so that player is warped back to the first platform rather than being thrown down by sucker tubes.
5. Additional maze now placed where the Speed Destruct Blocks are.
6. Moved “FLY OFF AREA” to the ground so that player will see the text event. Also added explanation to text event saying what this area is for.
7. Edited maze in Puzzle 5.
8. Changed the way to finding the 1st Trigger Crate in Puzzle 5.
9. Placed warps above invisible sucker tubes at the top of Puzzle 4 so that player is warped to middle platform instead.
10. Added some more eyecandy in some places, though I wasn’t sure what to do in Foreground.
11. I had the wrong Carrotus Fix tileset in the zip. Added the correct one now. Thanks to FOX282 for spotting the error.


A) Replaced re-generating Bouncer +3 ammo with +15 in Puzzle 5.
B) Changed rain to a lighter version.
C) Rain slowed down.
D) Few more signs added to maze in Puzzle 5.
E) Hidden last 2 levels in HC list.
F) Just one tiny change here. I placed crates by Trigger Zones for those who have problems in 1.20.

Rating Lost In Marble Gardens v4.0

This is a SP Episode made by SPAZ18. Very nice episode. but a lot of errors. BUT from here up to giving this 3? this is not so much suck!

I will rate only the Lost In Marble Gardens level and LIMG REALEND. the others i couldn’t rate because when i open those levels JJ2 crash.

Lost In Marbler Gardens
The Eyecandy is very good! Layer 4 is nice designed! but here is some recommendations: 1. I don’t know where layer(I think in FG layers), there is too much rain moves slowly(like in my “The Middle Ages Pack” SP Pack). like your review you writ on my levels, spaz18- reduce the amount of the rain and make the rain to move faster. 2. I can recommend you on Jazz 1-Marbler, but the tileset you select is nice! so i give it 85/100.
The Gameplay is well, but there is some points: 1. There is Too much Hurt Scenarys in the first place. I think this is a life-points-losing pit and i very liked it. Now i review the important thing: The Puzzles i liked. I liked so much the Puzzle 1, there is a wise using the spacial moves and Gun 9 and this ability to open TNT crate, although this is beside a wall. but Puzzle 3- is not suitable for all. There is a switch open Trig Scenary. the problem- That switch uses Trig zone. thing is not suitable to users have 1.20(like me). I can recommed to you to use Trig Metal crate and TNT Ammo to blow up the crate. but- The other puzzles are nice. i give it 80.
Placement. for this i give very short review, because from all things placement is nice. but one word. Float suckers in Garden level? not so match.
and-I loved she story1 so 100
so i give is 100!
Rating- 85+80+100+100=365:4=91.25-9.2

this is, like my “Lost In Marble Gardens” review about placement, so here i don,t have words to give long description for this level. There is a cutscene and a boss. but the boss not placed wall(through a wall) so you have to type jjammo and start shoot him with Gun 9. but this is a nice level!
so: 80.

dOWNLOAD? Yes, but remember to use cheats in puzzle 3 if you have 1.20.

And a tip:
Prevent from using Trig Zone. Think also about making it suitable for all players! Trig zone is also for secrets :-P

Ok hears 1 review to go. This pack is basically about Jazz and spaz taking a walk and getting lanched in marble gardens.

LIMG Story. This just introduces the plot.

Lost in Marble gardens: I\‘ve play this level from sonic the hedgehog 3 (ahh the memorys) This level rocks. It can be a little short but it\‘s all there. Theres just the right amount enemys in the level. There are tons of puzzles (about 6) and a couple of them are hard. The last one is a real neck breaker. It\‘s possible but it is supper hard. Then at the end Spaz18 put a bolly boss which is a good thing becuase it looks most like a boss that would be used in sonic. Over all great level. The only thing that needs a little work is the eyecandey. There is only background eyecandey. Why not try forground eyecandy?
Level rating: 7/10.

LIMG end: This is basicly just a boss battle between devan and jazz. I like how Spaz got the players attention with 1ups. Good idea.

LIMG real end: This is a battle bettween Blisy and jazz now. There\‘s a cool idea in this level though. In order to get to the boss you have to destroy the crate but in order to destroy it you need the elctro blaster weapon.

Conclution. this pack is a bit short but while it lasts it\‘s really good. To me I felt like I was playing sonic. Good show. I still wish that the pack was longer but that\‘s ok. I still think it\‘s good. If have 15 or 30 minutes to kill (depending on you skill level)download this pack.

Total score I give this pack a 7/10.

Levels is very good and the music are nice!

i cant rate this particularly high, and it’s nothing personal but here goes:

I havn’t been able to play the whole thing through because it is rather glitchy, in the first level, i got stuck in the wall at the bit with the dissapearing platforms at the top with the invisible sucker sucker tubes, after playing again, jazz got stuck doing the helecopter ear thing and couldnt jump after coming out of one of the puzzles, i know my maps arn’t nearly as long or intricate but i make an effort not to make such things occur. and if the first level is anything to go by, then this will need to be scrapped and get a complete re-do.

the puzzle are rather ingenious, but you should have made the bouncers and purple thing respawn because other people dont know what you are trying to achieve and there was no way to suicide without having to return to the title screen and start all over again, even worse if you use a gamepad and sit back from the screen. in the puzzle where you go underwater, the water is far too dense and i can just barely see the spikes if i screw my eyes up tight (btw im in 16 bit mode) the rain doesn’t help either

it does have its good points though, the tileset is a nice conversion of sonic 3,(but wasn’t made by you) the level (what i was able to play of before the glitches took over) is rather ingenious but the water is too dense and suprise spikings are no fun

conclusion: i havn’t played all of it because the glitches made it impossible, the rain is nice but far too thick and damn near un-finishable

reccomendation: i should think the review was enough
