OBSOLETE, USE JJ2+ INSTEAD
This allows you to join servers hosted on another port than 10052. The patch should have no bad side-effects whatsoever.
-Joining servers on other ports, only works via JJ2’s internal GIP. It doesn’t work with -connect/-j2i, nor does it work for local network. The good news, though, is that the functionality on 10052 remains compeltely undamaged.
-I provide no means of hosting on other ports, which makes it hard for you to evaluate my hax!
-I’m too lazy to make this for 1.24
Anyway, hf! This in no way interferes with JJ2+, but you might wanna make a backup of your .exe before patching it, just in case.
Should you prefer to apply the patch manually, being a haxar:

Eventhough this is a far from finished solution, I decided to release it – simply because it can’t do any harm.
Here’s a version for 1.24

Port changer (use for hosting on different ports):
I also added a TSF-version of thi tiny patch!
Does it supports JJ2+ ?
I remember that port changing doesn’t work on JJ2+.
The TSF link don’t work…
