ugh, i didnt want to release this, but there was a MAJOR bug in online play i didnt discover until after uploading it.
to anyone with Wind Meister SE, download this. it includes bug fixes, and some other stuff to make it worth the download.
please read the Readme for a full list of new junk.
PLEASE NOTE:
download wind meister SE first, THEN this. unless you already have Wind Meister SE,
download it BEFORE installing the service pack. the service pack needs wind meister to run!
