This is the fourth level in the Cracco Assault series. This one is definately harder than Cracco Assault 1 and 2 (but then, it’s a bit shorter). The Triggers are well-hid in this one. That’s why I added a map into the zip file, use it well.
Please only rate this level if you know what Assault is and if you understand the level. In the blue team base there is a radar, which shows exactly which of the 15 essential triggers are still there (bright red) and which aren’t (brown). This can be in advantage for the Blue Team, but also for the Red Team later if they reach the base, then they see how many triggers they still have to get before reaching the engine you have to destroy to win, and where those triggers are. There is also a teleporter system, that goes clockwise. You need coins for this (the blue team has coins).
As I mentioned above, the goal is to destroy the engine in the bottom of the airplane, to reach the Blue Flag. Once the Red Team found this flag, they must bring it back as soon as possible to their startposition (the red CTF pole) on the back of the aeroplane. If you have any questions about the level, feel free to ask: Craccoboy@hotmail.com.
Have fun :)
An assault level located in an airspeed airplane. Yup, people, it’s time to bring the big bird down…
Although it represents a plane, and it has the form of a plane, it didn’t really feel like a real plane, but away with that :)
It’s the red team’s job to break a couple of crates, run past some obstacles and, finally, to destroy the engine and make the plane crash…ok, I know, people from the USA might have a certain weakness for planes right now…
Meanwhile, team blue has to defend the plane at all cost, by using various warps to get trough the plane.
The idea is very good, however: the crates are very easy to find, also, the level contains an airboard part which looks to much like one of those (horrible) test levels…the one that warp you away when you touch a certain block….the same here, except there is wind now :) Assault isn’t supposed to be made hard by adding such “tests”, it should be made hard by putting in team plans and team work. Too bad, the creatot missed that part.
Nontheless, this is a pretty good level to check out, all you assault-freaks, as this level is still fun to play.
people that are not used to assault yet could use this level as a quick taste of the real job.
edit: forgot to say, the music doesn’t fit the level (or any assault level) at all. try to find better music, not ’70s arcade :P[This review has been edited by SPLASHcc]
Hmmm…
I didn’t see many Assault but this is one of the baddest I saw (I saw 3 Assault or something like that).
Sorry but you gonna have this 6.5 :-(
“Leader Myst SS”
This is my first assault review, so lemme get this straight: One team attacks, and the other defends? Cewl.
yea ElectroPiZZa we noticed that too (Coolman and me). Very strange.
And yes, that’s right, one team attacks the aircraft, the other team defends the aircraft, and more important, the triggers and the engine.[This review has been edited by CraccoBoy]
Yeah I’ve seen that a lot too. Morons review the level after other ppl already have so they can increase their rating to like Medium reviewer or something dumb like that. Either way it ruins the rating system.
hey whats with the low rating? this is a pretty cool level, with you being on a flying airplane and all. neat.
I Just love this lvl it is so cool
I am not really a fan of the Cracco style of level making at all. Thus, this doesn’t really appeal to me.

Violet rewveiwing and rating levels is not about wether you like that syle of play its about wether you like the way the level is built or how smoothly it flows thus i suggest you do not rate a level simply because you do not like its style of gameplay.
It would be like me giving a CTF level 4 because i do not like CTF now would that be fair?
ALMOST better than the original Cracco Assault. I really felt like I was some kind of evil terrorist when I played this, heh. Still, there’s one thing I do not completely understand. Why was Cracco Assault 4 uploaded before Cracco Assault 2 and Cracco Assault 3…

Looks like a great level, but I had to cheat to get inside the plane! The wind’s too strong dammit!
I just LOVE this Assault!!! soooo cooooool!!!
i open this only often… just LOVE it!
Cracco and Coolman, this level is a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY Cool Assault, probably the best Assault EVER!! the music match to the FastFlyingAirplane, and makes the lvl a lot cool’er.
The placement of the triggers is very good!!! The Tileset is Cool AND different from all other tilesets (almost). This is my LOVE level/Tileset!!
A 9.2 9.5 10.0 for this ECELLENT Assault!!
Sorry Cracco Boy… :D —> plz pay me now
EDIT: I felt i just had to raise the rating :D
EDIT: Just HAD to raise again :D this is soooo cool,
I would give it 11.7½ if I could
