The introduction mentions a chapter 10 with interviews with the game's designers, but this does not in fact exist in the book, there is not actually a chapter 10! What does exist is detailed hopthroughs of every level, and descriptions of every enemy and object: the closest we have to official names, not just internal level editor names.
