I'm booked for the summer (not the rooms though), so I won't be able to host CC2008. I may ask my sister to host instead, but I'd probably owe her lots of money after that.

Anyway, it seemed to be a lot of potential trouble (hotel costs for overflow, food, plane tickets esp may outweigh the lodging!). Know that I won't take any offense at all if a convention is held elsewhere.

Will plot again for the summer when the chance comes.
