I guess that's quite the enthusiasm killer.
I couldn't manage that in two months working on it non-stop. |

Anyway, my new level is about 75% done now. It took me about 1,5 week so far, but that's because I also played other games and I have tests this week. And I usually put a lot of eye candy in. I'm not easily satisfied. I already have plans for the other levels of my pack. But I don't think I'll have enough inspiration for making 8 levels. But you never know. |

Give it more time and care and you'll get results.

Same. Even with having my level (which I kinda forgot about) completely mapped out it took a good month to get it all into the JCS, and theres really not a lot going on in the layout. I think all of my walls are just one repeated tile that I intended to make look good later.

Getting back into JCS after a hiatus of about a year. First I finished a multiplayer level called 'The Belfry' I started making in December 2007. It was almost done, but I had to add just a few bits and pieces. It's a quite big level made with the castle night tileset. Its size and relatively large amounts of weapons and power-ups make it more suited for 4 or more players. It still looks a bit amateuristic but I think it's quite fun to play.
Then I started making a smaller level, called Fondle in the Jungle (yes, I know...), another multiplayer level, this time with a Jungle Night tileset. It looks quite well and it's a lot more professional and polished than my previous efforts. I finished it today after working quite intensively on it for a couple of days. It's a level with two sides, which are connected only by two pipes (like, the hollow three thingies), making every trip to 'the other side' quite risky. I like the concept and I think it worked out quite well. Now I'm working on a third multiplayer level, just to complete some sort of multiplayer ring to play with my friends. It's a small level made with the labrat tileset (mainly so I can screw around with the tubes a bit), and it's supposed to become symmetric. I've only just started, so I don't know exactly how it'll turn out. |

Hehe, Crimi. Those fumes look like a map, but really not much like Europe at all. Yet, fun.

CrimiClown wins this page.
Seeing as everyone here likes the Borealis palette the most, I'll assume that it's because it's the lightest -- would anyone mind if I'd edit the other palettes to be just as light? And that's a lot of C's FS ![]()

Yes, I personally find them all too dark. Borealis only provides the best contract between the normally solid and normally unmasked tiles, yet I still often find it hard to recognise the paths myself. I believe it would be optimal if all the background and layer 5 tiles would be made darker (or stay the same, if already dark enough) and the masked tiles (mostly the metallic ones) get a slight gamma-boost.

Global Warming would effect every country.
That said, A State of Fear by Michael Chrichton is my favorite book, and throughout the whole story environmentalists and global warming are completely bashed.

...obviously, it is not a map of the whole world. It's a map of Europe. Therefore, only Europe is addressed, because saying "The world in ten years?" would be kind of stupid when only showing a map of Europe. Capiche?
The level is done, by the way. After testing, expect it in a download section near you! |

Alliance is very good, but i don't know what i need to do on Time Forest.
This globar warming tileset and levels looks intresting. I almost done my SP pack 1st episode. I need to do 2 tileset, 4 story level, test with lory all level. Play in 2 different difficulty level (normal and multypalyer was tested) And finally when i done everything, i upload it on my webpage, and start translate texts and the story english, so it again 2 new tileset and 4 story level but worth to wait because it will be brilliant i think. few weeks and I make a trailer.

Imo without the vines neither Jazz or Spaz could get up without Rf Climbing.

There are still easy methods that render vines pointless without significantly affecting the level.
