Animating tiles in JCS

I often see animating tiles in the levels that come with the game.
I’ve tryed to make my own but I can’t.
Can You explain me how to make animating tiles?

Select a square in the Animated Tiles window, then CTRL+click the tile in the Tileset window that you want.
