All of the candidates have article references in their name, but few of them actually need an article dedicated to them. I’m fine with Spaztic, Tublear, and Stijn having an entry as they’ve contributed to the community and are widely known, while CrimiClown or Ae who haven’t really done anything too important (no offense towards them of course).
Those are the people who shouldn’t have article references in their names (in my opinion at least):
Argue plz D:<
k agreed (what have I contributed to the community apart from “being there” btw? :P) Fl@$h aka BlewMeUp
I don’t care if people agree, but my philosophy (and I’m very new to actually contributing to ERE so I don’t know much) is that if there’s something unique to be linked, why not? -Tik
Unique doesn’t always mean interesting or useful. ~Cooba
I see no problem with referencing all of the names. If you don’t think they deserve an article, then just don’t create the article for them. ~Monolith
But then, why keep the reference if the article wouldn’t get created…? ~Cooba
Tublear contributed more to the community then me ;-;. I don’t really care if the references are kept or not, but does it really matter? =P. There’s lots of references to things that probably won’t ever get created in this wiki anyways. ~Blacky
There’s no problem with referencing articles that aren’t likely to get created. At least the contents of this article can remain consistant. Plus, in the case that any of those articles do get created, then they’re already linked to without someone having to come back and edit this article. ~Monolith
