“Battle Out 4” is a nice level (btw, next time simply RE-UPLOAD your level when you want to fix it..) using the Carrotus tileset. It has a nice layout and great eye candy, and really makes good use of the (overused. ;-) Carrotus tileset. The weapon selection/rest of event placement was OK, but could have been easily improved. There are a few flaws in the design which can bring it down, such as powerups near each other and dead ends which hurt the fluency of gameplay. I also felt the need for just a few more powerups, but overall nice job.

Any Jazzer should direct his cursor to the DOWNLOAD link above. I recommend this.

“Battle Out4” defintely reminds me of “Carrottus Squash”. Like in martin’s masterpiece, design and eyecandy are very good. The platformish level style makes it a great level for hardcore battle freaks and yes, it really allows fluent navigation. Unfortunately, this level uses one of the tilesets i dont like too much so that could make me substract some tenth points (sp?). Event placement is very good, as iCeD mentioned.
Overall, not as perfect as “Carrottus Squash” but REALLY WORTH THE 11 KB. You should DOWNLOAD before its too late (who knows? maybe we will all die or your harddisk will be full or…).

By the way: the author forgot to set a correct next level setting. Bad idea, as i have mentioned 1000 times before :-)

P.P.S.:
To all authors: Please, please add SP level start events. Makes testing way easier for us reviewers :-)

This REALLY is a nice level. It has a great platform design, and can be navigated easily (enough.) The carrots are not too hard to find, and on my server play, I did not find it hard to find other people. But on my next test, I found the power-ups to be too close together. I personally prefer to put the power-ups in a more out-of-the-way place.

The weapon/event placement is good, but not perfect. But with all the flaws, they do not detract from the design, and eye candy. Also, the ZIP was a easy one file, and does not put in tilesets or music that come with the game. (unlike some other levels that I have downloaded.) So, move your cursor up to the Download button BEFORE I EAT THIS KITTEN! ;)

Not a bad level at all. I like the tileset+Design, and the eyecandy + Weapons selection is OK.[This review has been edited by Fl@$h aka BlewMeUp]
