Ok, I tried it out, but it crashed my server! I’m gessing it happend as soon as the next level loaded because it crashed with a “No Start Position” error. (I’m not exactly sure because I was asleep.)
I thought the program was supposed to PREVENT my server from crashing.
Sorry Black Ninja, no good.

It needed work. I’ll take back my 1.5 rating and wait for a better version.[This review has been edited by Monolith]
could do a bit better, try doing what JelZe said.
It looks cool and the “Saturday Night Beaver” thing was funny. The reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because it’s hard for me to build levels with it.
Since these are “demo” levels, I won’t rate them.
What Bjarni obviously was trying to do is to create a “tutorial” for the JCS. I emphysise him. I mean, I wanted to do something like that too (how embarassing).
The levels are pretty simple and easy to understand. It only shows how the different events work. That’s all there is to it. A beginner would have no problem understanding it, but what if he doesn’t know how to place events? ;)
Like Bjarni said, it’s only for JCS beginners. Pictures often say more than a thousand words. If you can’t figure out the events, try these levels.

It’s a good thing. ppl always cheat and you can protect yourself.
nice idea.
Guys, before you go complaining to Bjarni again, let me go first.
OK, this is a very simple battle level using the Inferno1 set (Ice), adapted from the offical level i might add (look at bg). All it has is some some platforms with way too much ammo which doesnt even respawn (reappear, Bjarni, a very important thing in battle). It also has a water level that ONLY works in MP (ppl, test it in MP) ok?) That’s all i can tell.
Bjarni, i know you’ve been trying your best to make this, but you have to try harder. If you want to be a good level maker you have to improve yourself. Try looking at other ppl’s levels (I’d be happy to show you mine). But if you keep creating creating levels like this…ppl won’t be happy.
edit: 1 download and 3 reviews? Suspicious ;)

Very Nice, Two thumbs up. I approve for download!
A nice tileset for a first one. It’s got good eyecandy such as spaceships, lifts, pruple acid, purple waterfalls and spacey stuff. You can do a lot with this tileset although not TOO much cause it’s very simple. Also, the masks aren’t very nice and you have to use layer5 to add background tiles. There are also ripped tiles from Overlord’s “Top Secret” tileset and Cell’s “Battle Ships” tileset conversion. A 6.0 and a maybe from me here…
Cheers,
White Rabbit.
The level “Slab Ratz” is quite a very good peice of work. I seem to have a weird and unique way of making levels, and this one seems to fit my style a lot. The eyecandy is great and fits well placed. Good amount of the foreground layers, too. The weapon placement is good, but some places seem to have too much. Not a big deal. The gameplay is okay, but for Jazz it can be a bit hard to move at times. Even with Spaz if you don’t know the level properly. Overall, “Slab Ratz” is another quality level made by Shadow of GpW. Good job!
Nice level, cool to add in my collection. Good Weapon layout no problem, Bases where on the right spots, the tileset is hard to work with but he fixed that well so the eyecandy is good but not impressive, so good job
Overall this lvl aint half bad the eyecandy is good the weapon placement is a little in excess in some places, a bit small aswell but that just makes for a fast paced action game. :)
I haven’t played a lot of CTF levels so I may not be a good judge of this one, but…I have to say I like it. The level is really nice. Moving from base to base is fun, weapon placement is good. There aren’t too many ways in and out of the bases, etc…
The only gripe I have with it is one of personal taste. I really don’t like it when people use the standard sets. There are so many good custom sets out there that I really don’t see the point in recycling the original sets over and over again.
Still this is only a minor problem, so you get an 8.5 from me.
I still wonder how people make Tilesets wich are GOOD. When i start building a tileset i always stop with it, because they evrytime suck! But for someone who has build a first tileset this is kinda good. You can build much better tilesets then me :P
A friend send this to me by MSN.
They Suck REAL. Dont post it on J2o Stupid, keep them for ya self.
!!!
Roseta, isn’t that rate a bit too low?…
This is lvl is Good.
These is realy your first tilest Shell?
It is cinda nice for me.Example level is good too.Too bad it is so short :s
Your first tileset? very good for a first!
This tileset is coloursful and has lot’s of eye candy and ships for the background, destructive/trigger blocks are very nice but the quality isn’t so good.
As far as I know, I like it :P
It uses nice eye-candy (in traditional Shadow style), a good layout, and is kept down to a smaller size which can be good for faster gameplay or could require less people to play in it. I wouldn’t agree that all CTF levels should be big; a little variety in size never hurt anyone. Anyway, download this now!
p.s. Ugh, now I have to wait even longer for Future Evolution. It better be worth the wait :P
Actually a very nice tileset. Really well-made.
I especially like the elevator thingy…
