haha this is a verry nice tileset and lvl great animating tiles good music but by the lvl i was stuck by ice !! and the backround is not good i give a 7.5 don’t ask why
ps.. that fish can you make in layer 7 !!

It could be me, but as far as I know Hunter and Thing are friends of Flea. I’m not sure but this could say soemthing about the rating. If it doesn’t, blame me :P

Okay, my review. I can be short: The level isn’t good. It’s WAY too empty. Much empty parts. That isn’t always a bad point, but the level needs to be big to make emptyness an advantage. And this level isn’t big.
The level is completely Jazz-unfriendly, and even with Spaz it’s soemtimes hard to move around. The gargoyles at the background aren’t that bad, I didn’t really like them anyway. It would be better when you let them move.
The ammo placement is one of the few good points of the level. Not too much, and there are enough powerups, luckily you didn’t include them all.
There are only red springs, and maybe one or two green/blue ones. That’s the “killer” of this level. It makes the level VERY ard to navigate trough.

Overall I don’t like this one. Maybe try again with a level :P

Grab the 5.0 if you want it. Only downloadrecommendation for levelcollectors.

I didn’t know that, sorry. How is it called? Where can one get it.

I made it because it didn’t like that weap and i heard others complainig about it too.

If one would like me to submit a (new working) patch, feel free to ask.

BTW:I now found a way how to patch all kind of Jazz versions.

Overlord already made a program for this, wich works for both 1.23 and TSF :P

Nope, it don’t work. I have 1.24 installed but the error: “This progam cannot update the installed version of Jazz Jackrabbit 2 because of the following reason: C:/Games/Jazz2/Jazz2.exe: unknown version”, comes everytime :| I have really the real 1.24. Upload it.

Oh yes, the password for the small demo level is MOO. About the demo level.. It’s a carnage level, thus it is VERY small, I’m only including it since the other levels made with CX are special gamemode levels, so.. please don’t rate the level, only the tileset CX+ (CX2.j2t). I’m also including the old version of the tileset CX (CX.j2t) in this zip so you can see what has changed. Be sure to not rate that either :)

but its a lil bit small.
and i dont like small tilesets…
but is cool =D

+) Long laps (about 1 minute each)
