FALLEN WORLD?

The Fallen World RPG is the second part of the Nimala "saga". The first
one was called Nimala - RPG, and can also be found on Jazz 2 Online under
that name. The plot of Nimala was the prologue to Fallen World.

While Nimala was a standalone, one-map plot, Fallen World will be a
trilogy, so it will have two subsequent episodes.

BACKSTORY:

Ever since you were a child, you had psionic abilities, differentiating
you from the rest. You can sense when enemies approach, and your
extraordinary reflexes can help you out even in the toughest situations.

At the beginning of the story, you hear a call from a man's mind: he
needs your help. You have no idea who he is, and exactly how you could
help, but his voice sounds oddly familiar.

You arrive at the town of Shersen, only to find that the folks were
expecting you: each and every single one of them knows you, and they want
your help: there is a dark force lurking nearby, which will soon unleash on
the town, and you need to stop this from happening.

THE IDEA:

Fallen World is meant to be an "RPG", at least as much as that is possible
to make in Jazz 2. You have a main
storyline that you'll need to follow, but also some side quests, which will
grant you bonuses. The town of
Shersen, and its surroundings can be completely explored, and during your
journey you'll encounter many puzzles
and obstacles you'll need to take care of.
Some features might not be evident at first, so here's a brief
explanation for these:

- Armory:

The Armory is a place you can visit each time you acquire some TNT (Ammo
7). The Armory ceiling has collapsed, so you'll need to start digging - and
everything you find is yours. You'll need to create a path to get from the
bottom of the debris to the top, where the biggest bonuses can be found.

- Level up:

At certain points in the game, you'll "level up", which means you need to
return to the center of the town, and
fall into the level up pit, which will warp you to a location where you can
choose which bonus you want for your
new level. After leveling up, hurry back to the town center right away, as
level ups don't add up, and you surely
don't want to waste one.
You can choose from the following bonuses:
   - Invincibility carrot
   - Silver coin
   - TNT
   - Full energy carrot

- Side quests:

There are very few of these in the map, but they are usually worth the
effort. If you decide to accomplish these, read the instructions and then
try to carry them out.

- The borders:

You are free to walk around and accomplish missions within the walls of
Shersen, but once you decide to leave the town, you cannot return. To leave
town, all you need to do is collect 20 coins and then approach the green
rabbit near the level-up pit. The teleport will warp you near the borders,
where the real challenge begins. Your game will also be saved at this
point.

- Choice:

At one point in this quest, you'll need to make a decision based on what
happened so far. You'll need to play Nimala - RPG beforehand, and read
everything story-related carefully up to that point, so when you need to
make the decision, you are prepared. The choice you make will modify the
outcome of the story, and will take you to a different path than the other
one.

NOTES:

The map is playable both with Jazz and Spaz, and I'm unsure about Lori...
Apart from a few difficulties
she should do fine as well. You'll need TSF to play this.

Aaand the difficulty settings mean no difference whatsoever.

Created by Master Of Darkness in 2011, with planning it took altogether a
few weeks or so.
