-=Winterland Wonder=-

Tiles: 870
Size: 182kb

Level: dist14.j2l
Author: Distruct
Music: Saftkalas by Aforic

Comments:
You didnt think I was gonna figure out how snow works and not use it in a
tileset now did you? ;)
Heh, a lot of ppl wanted a winter tileset, and there weren't really a lot
made yet, so I just had to make one! It was a good start to the pack, and I
like the idea that it looks like a nature's ruins clone. I was actually
amazed to find a nice mod with a wintery theme to it.

-=Space Warbase=-

Tiles: 810
Size: 138kb

Level: SWExample.j2l
Author: Cmdr Dats
Music: Tpolmboy by Radix

Comments:
Sigh, yet another space tileset, but Shadow always wants more for his
Future Evolution pack, so I made one. I did change the theme a bit to a
more industrial, rusted metal look and added some turrets and bunkers for
more fun. I'd do anything to prevent this from ebing 'just another future
tileset', but in the end that's all it ever will be. Heh, it was still
great fun to make though, and you cant really complain about music choice
if Radix made it (too bad his best mods wouldnt work in jj2) ;)

-=Townsville ][=-

Tiles: 690
Size: 168kb

Level: dist15.j2l
Author: Distruct
Music: Oh Delia by Beek

Comments:
Well, here it is, Townsville 2, made especially for all of you that cant
take an April Fool's joke, and believe me, there's a LOT of you. This
wasnt even planned until I got spammed with "Make a Townsville 2 Tileset"
messages. I did change some stuff to keep the second version original in a
way. As for the music file, it rocks! It won first prize in a 30 minute
(!!!!) compo. Wow, Beek sure has some talent. Its a bit buggy in JJ2
though, but still an awesome song ;)

-=Unreal Imagination=-

Tiles: 860
Size: 56kb

Level: UnrealImagination.j2l
Author: Disguise
Music: No Fate for Chip by Hyperlite

Comments:
I just love this tileset, its so original, I didn't plan anything like this
when I made this. The idea actually got into my head while testing stuff
when I was half asleep and seeing double. I bumped into all the wrong
things, and this is exactly what this set feels like. My only 'complaint'
is the lack of texture on the masked tiles ;)
I thought a nice dreamy mod would suite it, and this one fits it perfectly!

-=Raging Inferno=-

Tiles: 1020
Size: 121kb

Level: RIExample.j2l
Author: Cmdr Dats + Disguise
Music: How much is tha Bird by Hyperlite

Comments:
I wanted something that was the opposite of Winterland Wonder, with a
warmer feel to the tileset. It actually is a lot like its colder
counterpart, and thats exactly how I wanted it. Cmdr Dats didn't have time
to finish the level, so I finished it off. I tried to follow in his design,
but I'm pretty sure i made a mess of it somewhere. Also, for those that
test the level in single player mode, the blue flag has a weird bug, its
fixed when you play in multiplayer though. The music file is the best I
could find that works with JJ2, but it still rocks, nice creepy feel.

-=Tarzan's Treetops=-

Tiles: 610
Size: 168kb

Level: Tarzantreetop.j2l
Author: Disguise
Music: Paper Bird (Unknown Author)

Comments:
The last set in the pack, this one gave me many stressed out sleepless
night. First time i drew all the trees nothing wanted to tile, so I did it
all over again! The second time I made it the same thing happened! Sigh, I
had a slight backup plan though, and fixed it all in a few hours. And
thanks to the fact that everyhtign went wrong, I had exactly 3 days to make
this in. I even made an added extra by accident that I thought was
hilarious, a HUGE EYE! Haha, not just any eye, this was a perfect eye!
Complete with eyeball, eyelids, pupil, everything! I put in the set for all
to see ;)
I like the music, its a nice change from the original slow jungle type, and
if theres already another Jungle level out, why bother with another one?

---===Overall Comments===---

I think I'll change my usual style and say exactly what I made before I
start with the trash talk. This is a tileset pack with 6 tilesets, all by
me. The example levels are a CTF pack made by me, Distruct, and Cmdr Dats.
There, now I can start. Hehe, if some of you remember what happened exactly
a year ago you would know that I turned 17 and uploaded Spacey Universe. I
wanted to do the same for my 18th birthday, but somehting bigger, somehting
thats a LOT bigger! I mean, I'm 18, I CAN DO ANYTHING!!! MWAHAHAHAH!! Heh,
I know I said I was gone, and I did that for two main reasons. The first is
to have less things to do, so that I have more time making these tilesets
(making 6 tilesets in 2 months while in the middle of exams is not a good
thing). The second reason is to suprise you all! I'm sure a lot of you are
sick of my "I'm secretly working on a huge tileset pack to upload on my
birthday" joke. I thought it was hilarious! Of course I didnt allow one
person to believe me, but I still thought it was funny, heheheh. Anyways,
all the tilesets have a different theme to them. I tried to make as many
different themes as possible to have something that makes everyone out
there happy, it was a pain at the end to think of ideas to make though, but
I managed. The music selection was great, I was very proud of it. Its a
selection of chip tunes, I thought that would be a good idea to keep the
download size to a minimum (6 tilesets can be huge). If you dont know what
chip tunes is, you'll soon find out. They are the bestest BESTEST mods all
with a size under 100kb! (I think my selection has nothing higher than
60kb). I downloaded 297 of the best ones I could find to choose songs out
of, and boy was it a tough choice at times! As for the example levels, I
decided to make somehting special this time (anything but another 50x50
battle pack). Its a nice CTF pack, and when I realised I wont have enough
time to finish off all the sets and levels, I got a great idea to ask
Distruct and Cmdr Dats to help me out. I thought Aiko would like the 'South
African Design' thats we like to use, and I've known both of them in real
life before (who do you think is the sucker that got them into JJ2 in the
first place eh?). I just want to thank them over and over for their help,
the levels rock! They even helped me out in the middle of their busy lives.
Cmdr Dats said he would make the levels and at basically the same time he
got a huuuge project from work slapped on his desk. THANKS guys! And thats
it for now folks, by uploading this I've lost a bet to mirrow, so I'll be
his slave for a while (I knew I would lose, but I liked the conditions,
hehehehe).

*whispers to frankenquist* Not bad for a 2 month job compared to the year
on the J2LC tileset pack eh? EH? ;)

n ash a final messeege, I wuld like tah dedikaatshe dees pack tah
GUMMMIIII!!! *BEEEEG SSF GUGGI!!*
