IDLE SERVER THINGY VERSION 4.2

To use this program, simply start up Jazz Jackrabbit 2 (1.23 or TSF) and
then run idleserv.exe
NOTE: You MUST start JJ2 Before starting Idle Server Thingy
Idle Server Thingy currently has three ways to make your server rabbit
unable to be killed and unable to kill others:
Method 1: Rabbit is flickering and unable to be damaged or damage others
Method 2: Rabbit is frozen and unable to attack or be attacked
Method 3: Rabbit is repeatedly dieing and unable to be attacked by other
players or attack
