The story:

Every time Jazz and Spaz have fought Devan, he's jumped back on his feet. 
Now, it's time to get him for good.
Jazz and Spaz warp to a world called DOOMSDAY.  DOOMSDAY is the head planet
for all evil.  Once Devan is
destroyed, the whole planet will blow.
