Hello, greetings! Fellow JJ2ers and JCSers, it is that time of year again (but god knows why noone else did this and I did it instead!). Here is the momentous occasion where we award people for their levelmaking!

First off, I'm gonna ask you all to post a list of nominations of level(s) you deem worthy. The only rule is:

- The level/tileset/whatever must be released in 2011.

You can nominate as many levels as you like, including things you may have made yourself.

The categories are as follows:

- Best Battle
- Best CTF
- Best Other Multiplayer Release
- Best Pack
- Best Single Player
- Best Tileset
- Best JCSer

Finally, voting will probably open some time next week, since next week is officially 2012! (Happy new year everybody)

I think everyone is confusing nominations for voting here... that said, if you're not restricted to voting for nominated stuff only, then nominations are redundant.

Maybe we should have a voting thread as soon as Jan 1st?

Best JCS Newcomer: GreenTechB (With "Stronghold")

As I said in my review on Stronghold, Green's level has a few fundamental flaws, but look at all of the things he did right! Stronghold has a lot of upsides for a "sophomore" upload, and I think GreenTechB just might become a pretty good levelmaker with time.

Best Contest: "Dethrone the Tyrant Contest"

This one is obvious. I mean, really. Look at all of the quality levels DTTC spawned. Can anyone seriously name another contest that produced more J2O smash hits?

I didn't think so.

Most Innovative Pack: "One Starry Night" by PT32

Why the heck not? Everyone else is promoting their own levels anyway.

Some noteworthy Battle levels.

I'd also like to nominate FawFuL for the best JCSer category. Although he has only released two levels this year, both of them are excellent and one of them won the JJnet contest. I'm also going to nominate Snooze, assuming he's going to release New Ages V this weekend.
