Site e-mails fixed yet again (hopefully...)

Site e-mails were broken (yet again). They have been fixed (yet again). Requesting new passwords and things like that should work now (yet again).
I apologize for J2O having such a terrible track record with regards to site e-mails. It’s a remarkably fragile system, but hopefully it should be more reliable now.
