I suppose it’s pulze lighting with a ‘true’ intensity level of some sort. As the picture shows total darkness at the top and full brightness at the bottom.

Or the light has some sort of ‘smart’ bending with surrounding pulze light events? We’ll be able to create shapes of light with tile-precision?

Either way, it’ll create a pulzzzzzzing new way in creating atmosphere! :P

I don’t know if this is intentional, but the lights form a shape that looks a bit like a Mushroom Cloud(The kind you get with massive explosions), but with bits tipping over the side.
Actually, now that I think about it, it looks like the stereotypical water-spout people imagine Whales shoot out.
Either way, I’m very interested as to what this is going to turn out to be. :)

Pretty awesome discovery, I like it. Seems like you enabled MLLE and/or JCS to accept negative values for light events right? That’s big, that’ll look great in caves and stuff.

I’m not sure about the negative light part (would be awesome though), but it’s certainly not a change to JCS ;)

Is it to do with “illuminate surroundings” in that the screenshot uses Area ID with “illuminate surroundings” on(And working)?
Or am I just being silly?
Or can you not answer me?

OR… Is it a Pulze Light(Or similar) with illuminate surroundings on and working?
