A level built on the unfinished ‘Far Out’ level. O.o; Interesting. The music was AWESOME, but it didn’t match the level at all. The eyecandy was good, but I think the level has too little enemies and is WAY too easy.
Nice job, an 8 from me.
Nice, better, oh, yeah nice music!!!:)
Nice level, only I cant find the secret level…
A simple little level. One thing I found annoying… A great amount of the top is blank. Oh well.
Also, a little too out in the open, and the places that aren’t just have one path to them, which I find annoying.
One thing I did like was the eye candy. It just had the right amount of it.
Anyway, might be worth downloading and playing.
I wasn’t looking for a better rating than before, I just wanted to make it better for everyone’s convenience :P
And here’s MY slightly edited review:
————
Not a bad SP level, it used the tileset actually quite nicely, it’s based off of an old “unfinished” (so to speak) official map. The thing has sort of a simple layout though, and the eye candy could have been improved.
Download or not? Yeah. :-)
No rating change from me either.
Okay, actually i dislike edited and re-uploaded stuff (because its kinda annoying for the reviewer :-) but here we go AGAIN…
A slightly edited old review for a slightly edited old level:

Unfinished Epic map? Hmmm.
However, despite its quite old (i had the old version from J2C for some reason :-), "Retro Wasteland" are two pretty good single player levels.
The levels have a great design und neat eyecandy. Only downfall is that they are too easy (even easier than the original Epic/Orange levels) and not too original. The new music from Sweden fits better than old one from Finland (it was by PM though, you should STILL bow down to him! He was the master! :-).
Overall, i recommend this as a DOWNLOAD for EVERYONE. It’s five minutes of pure parallax scrolling 2D fun :-)
Still seven points.
Well, I guess I can TRY to fix the secret level bug, and while I’m at it I’ll replace the music too :) Expect another Retro Wasteland shortly.
Average level. I like the eye candy but the layout seems pretty basic and HURT EVENTS DON’T WORK IN MP. I really don’t like that tree in the center, it takes away from the gameplay considering the whole level seems based around that tree. Hmm.
A pretty average level that you MIGHT want to get.

Download or not? Yeah. :-)
(btw, the music you chose doesn’t fit well IMO.)
Yes, I know about the secret level bug. Since there are no secret levels in regular JJ2 I dont know how to do it. But then again, why would you want to play the level again anyway, unless of course you want to fight the boss, which isnt far from where the secret level room is.
Quite good. However, the secret level, though good, brings you back to have to play the actual level again? I’ve never played levels with secret levels, but is that the way it always works?
Overall.. download this if you are, like me, a SP fan.
Sowwy, messed up. :P Delete doesn’t work guys..
Unfinished Epic map? Hmmm.

The main level has a great design und neat eyecandy. Only downfall is that it is too easy (even easier than the original Epic/Orange levels) and not too original. Also, the music by Purple Motion^FC (Bow down to him! He was the master! :-) doesn’t fit here at all in my opinion.

Low seven points.
“Emerald Forest” has proper design and eyecandy and uses the Diamondus tileset (not my favourite set). But the gameplay isn’t fluent enough and the use of hurt events was not the best idea. All in all, an average level that collectors may want to download. I don’t know.
