Hey, this is great!
It will help me soooo much if i ever finish my project…

This is my first time reviewing, so hows this?

Usability: 2.7/3
The “tools” and “Control” menus looked like buttons.
That is a little confrustrating, besides that great!

Unbuggieness: 3.7/4
When you change to CTF from battle it acts wierd, besides that, Great!

Tools: 2.3/3
Very useful, but you should have left out the selfdestruct option.
That could be considered cheating.

3.7 + 2.7 + 2.3 = 8.7

8.7? That dosn’t seem right…

Oh yeah! + 0.5 for the readme!

9.2 for you!

Oke let me explain why I give it a N/A before I yell ‘HELP!!!’
I think there is a error in the program or I installed it wrong.
When I press on Controller.exe the program works I see the splash-screen but then
there pops up a Alert window and says:
Run-time error ‘50003’ Unexpected Error.
After pressing OK it shutts down, I tryed to put the controller
into the map which the Manual installs but that didnt work.
I tryed to place the controller in the jj2 map, but no results.
Well I hope you can help me, or fix the bug. Whatever it is, has someone els has this too?…

Operating System: Windows 98 SE

Edit: Ow yeah, did I mention the Read Me is great![This review has been edited by Super Saiyan]

This program is pretty cool if you ask me, though sometimes it can get a bit annoying if you roast/get roasted very often, but overall I think it’s very fun and worth of downloading. :)

My theory after many discussions with various people is that NTFS file system is exactly that – a different file system, its like using a mac programme on windows and expectign it to work. Hoep that clears a few things up (that is that this was made for FAT32 not NTFS) Anyway….yeah greetz overlord :D.

I give it an 8 because quite frankly its a kinda fun programme, annoying yes but fun >:) plus at least overlord is still doing things for the jj2 community eh?

It won’t work in XP because XP has hack prevention. In other words, like defalcon said, it doesnt allow memory address editing.
It probably doesn’t work in your ME because you have your hardrive file system as NTSF. If it were FAT32 you would be able to run this program and other memory editing programs.

The reason it doesn’t work on XP is because XP doesn’t allow memory address editing (I think). It should work fine on ME.[This review has been edited by defalcon]

Man! What a level…..I like all the episodes…………Therefor I will give you a 10.0…..WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……..I can’t say enough about this lvl…..It may be one of the best yet Overlord…..I hope you will make another one but even better than this!

Keep up the good work Overlord…..Keep on making those levels!!!!!!!!!!!
And for all those who would give this level a 1.7……………THEY DON“T KNOW HOW TO RATE LEVELS!!!!!!!

I LOVE IT! =) C-ya……-Jman

(Unsupported rating removal edit. Think about it. Have you really done anything in this review other than say “this is good” over and over again? How is Overlord’s level making skill going to benefit in any way from this review? Nothing about the good parts, nothing about the bad… bleh. ~Violet)[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]

The program is pretty good though I don’t like the taunts. No offense, but they are really evil. So since this was a unique program, and I kinda liked it, here’s your rating!

Maybe you’re not explaining it well, but I have no idea how this could be useful at all. It already puts messages on the screen whenever someone is roasted.

It´s a good idea, but it´s kinda useless for two reasons:
1. It crashes too often.
2. The animations are totally gone, and that is very bad for levels with lotsa animations.

Very good idea for a program Overlord. But I have to partially agree with Violet. This program is kind of useless, not totally, but kind of. I;ve had those RARE occassions where I try to convert a 1.23 level into TSF (Not knowing I could jsut paste it into the TSF directory) and when in the TSF JCS accidentally hitting ‘Save’ instead of ‘Save as’. So this is useful for those RARE occassions. This is also a step into the right direction of getting tilesets and what not of 1.24 into 1.23 :-)
