Wow! Great program, Spazzy! Yay! It uses my autodetection code!
I think there are some bugs in the program or I don’t quite understand how it works. Once I got my screen top full of hearts! The layout is nice!
I can’t give it too high rating since it only has one function. To edit player health.
8.2 from me…
This is a very handy program if you don’t want to kill or something, like games with survivor..
It haves a kewl green layout I LUB GREEEEEEEEN and it works perfect. You can’t use it for all games, but also, the most important is: it works!
Good job spazzyman. This is an excellent tool that will come in handy for all servers. In fact, many new gametypes could come out based on this program. Well done. Download Recommendation.
Really, this is a very good program. A previous, low-circulation “private” version allowed you to set different lives for individual players, but even without that, this program is still very good. Great job, Spazzyman! YOU DESERVE A WAFFLE.
[Trafton AT: Edit. The version I received was not the final version, and the final version contained some improvements that added to the score.][This review has been edited by Trafton AT]
A 3D tileset, this set is one of the more plain tilesets you’ll come across. It’s got some coloured 3D blocks, letters in several styles, a couple textured BG and some poles. It’s got the bare basics, but leaves a lot to be desired. It’s good for a simple level, but could use a LOT more.
For some reason, when I installed it, when I went to single player, application error!!!!! I did everything the instructions said…………
Too simple,misses lots of tiles…
Colours are good, but the rest isn’t.
Plain and simple.
Just the way I like it!:-)
OooOOOOOOOOooooooooOOOOOOOOoOoOoOo!!!!
COOOOOOOOOOOL
I agree with Violet.
When I saw it I thought: A test version of Meza?
Not enough eyecandy, sorry, no download recommedation… This tileset isn’t really that bad though, and I hate giving low marks, so I’ll keep it a little higher than a 5.5.
Masking:
The masking’s fine. Incredibly boring, but no problems with it.
Graphics:
Bleh. All the blocks look heavily reduced from a higher number of colors, and have no texture or anything. There are also some signs and letters and stuff, which look better.
Usability:
Looks fairly easy to use.
Extra Stuff:
The blocks, the text signs, the text, along with Poles and Vines. Those make up this tileset. No layer 4 background, no small maskless structures, etc. However, the tileset includes three textured background, one of which even works.
Miscellaneous:
The ramps could use some work. And somehow, the tileset just doesn’t Look 3D..
Competition:
If you like this tileset, get Newspaz’s Meza. It has everything this does and more, not to mention it’s graphically better.
So far, I’m undecided on a rating. I’ll come back to this later.[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]
This tileset is quite good.
It has many varietys of 3d ground that you can use, as well as 3 different choices of backgrounds. Possibilities are limitless with this tileset. With all the ground and everythign you could make quite an intersting level out of this tileset. I would recoment this tileset to all who are good at seeing tilesets in 3d since all the ground is ;P.
Good job keep up the good tilesets : P.
A great tileset. The 3d aspects are interesting. It kind of reminds me of a multicolor version of Blue World. Very good. A recommended download.
It’s a multiplayer launcher, a file manager and a MOD player, all in 1 program! The things that need improvement is the player color editor (Why enter it in hexdecimal format?) and hosting servers (Your server is not listed but for those who don’t want it listed, it’s OK.).
Anyways, it’s a must download
Now it runs.(I was able to replace the old system comdlg32.ocx with a version even newer than the one included)
Anyway, this is a great program. It takes a while to get used to, but it’s kewl. You can connect to/host servers in all 5 modes, load any level in jcs/jazz2 instantly, and even connect to telnet for miscellaneous reasons. But my favorite is the MOD player. I never knew what my 100+ music files sounded like unless I found the level that used them. Now I don’t have to worry about it, this prog plays them for me. But the player editor is really not good. You have to enter information from the registry, which may take a while, and you must put your colors in hexidecimal format. That’s kinda inconvient. Still, this is a nice program, download reccomended.
Okay, this is a great program, you can host online games on no time unlisted, pop your friends your IP and they can join without problems.
It has a modul player, which is kinda usefull if you’r tired of Winamp’s errors.
It’s basic to join a game, but it’s kinda sad you can’t save the local adress of your Jazz2.exe’s.
The thing there really does this usefull is that it has Monolith’s and Alberto’s list server too, throught Jazztool could be more usefull using to join games.
I also like the ‘‘useless time waster’‘ tools, a fast link to battle1 for train is okay.
It has some of our favorite links inbuilded, Jazz2online, JCF and so on.
Some needings on this program is:
-Ability to host listed servers too
-Save of dictory adress on your jazz2.exe like in jazztool.
-A more basic fur color system (Like that in jazztool ect.)
I hope we’ll get choose needings soon Spazzyman.[This review has been edited by Moonblaze]
“it is my favorite part too”
Nice program
very neat layout
only the Labels are hard to read and the server you start is unlisted?
cant you make it listed?
