EYECANDY: 9
The eyecandy is elite. All layers are used. Sometimes confusing when you try to step on platforms which aren’t in the sprite layer.
GAMEPLAY: 8
There could’ve been more one ways. The tube on the right can sometimes be annoying.
AMMO: 7
To get the good PUs you have to collect 20 coins which is hard for people who get killed quickly. Gun9, Blaster and Toaster PU are free.
Time to review.
EYECANDY: 8
It’s excellent. All layers from 1 to 8 are used. I like the snow. But the water looks ugly in 8-bit colour. Layer 3 is used for the plants. There are some waterfalls, but I think that there should be more.

The seeker PU is stuck in a wall so you can’t always reach the maximum number of seekers you can have, the toaster PU too. Weapon placement isn’t bad, but it could have been better like in Distopia. You could’ve added more ammo.
GAMEPLAY: 8.2
I liked the tube placed instead of a dead end. I have no problems when playing with Jazz. This level isn’t too small and isn’t too big. Good music.
Final Rating: 7.7
GAMEPLAY: 8
There’s a 1-tile wide place with a spring where it isn’t so easy to jump, but it’s easy to run around the level. The place under the bridge with the RF crate is hardly reachable by Jazz or Lori.

Why do the 2 bases have different PUs (blue – Bouncy, red – RF). Blue gets Gun9, Red gets RF ammo and pepper spray. Ammo easy to take like in Distopia. Nice tubes next to the bases.
EYECANDY: 7.5
Why is the sky black during daytime (and with stars)? Layer 7 is moving, this is not a science fiction film. Colours are too bright and there’s too much contrast between layers 7 and 8. It’s nice that there are plants in the front layer and the rabbit can hide behind them. Snow looks a bit strange because there is green on the ground.
Theme: +0.2
Christmas, very nice!
-0.2 for the fact that only the host can see the snow.
OVERALL: 7.5
As a CTF level teams should have equal powers when playing, but they don’t because of ammo. That’s kinda unfair. In MP, only the host can see the snow (so people who can’t host can never see the snow online). Still download recommendation. 7.5 is not a bad rating, good job, Dx :)

Hmmm…Hard to take coins :). Background is orange-green and a sea with moving boats. Lots of ammo and food to eat. Some pinballs and lightning effects. I very much like the music, which fits with the tileset. The water in the background is moving up and down slowly and gives the feeling of an ocean. I just found the coin warp in the upper left corner. I wish I could play it online (don’t ask me why I can’t play). Nice palms and plants in foreground layer, one ways to make playing easier. This will become 1 of my favourite levels ever, even more favourite than Muddy Apocalypse by the same authors. Statues are animated and a nice waterfall in the foreground layer which has sound effects.
