First review? So it seems.
Rocky Cliff
GAMEPLAY: Linear and Spaz-biased. Somewhat chaotic at the middle.
EYE CANDY: A few misused tiles. Looks a little dull.
CARROT PLACEMENT: Would be decent if carrot placement didn’t add to the chaos.
AMMO PLACEMENT: Could be better. Powerup placement helps make the middle too pivotal.
HOST THIS OFTEN? Probably not.
Leafwars
GAMEPLAY: Balance is half decent. Border at bottom left could be thicker. Border at top should’ve been added.
EYE CANDY: Decent, but bland in places.
CARROT PLACEMENT: Questionable.
AMMO PLACEMENT: So-so. Powerup placement is questionable as well.
HOST THIS OFTEN? Can’t say yes, but it’s better than the last one.
Just some aztec
GAMEPLAY: Balance seems a little off, but it’s okay as it is. I don’t mind everything else.
EYE CANDY: Nothing special, but not bad.
CARROT PLACEMENT: Two +1 carrots, which are alright considering the powerups.
AMMO PLACEMENT: Questionable. Only gun8 and gun9. Not fond of the team-based powerups here. Pepper spray is a bit more useful in this level. Also, both teams can get the EB powerup. Was that intended?
HOST THIS OFTEN? Maybe one time if bored. I almost liked this level… until I started playing in it.
Wilderness wonders
GAMEPLAY: Balance is iffy. Top needs a border.
EYE CANDY: Confusing at first. Otherwise typical.
CARROT PLACEMENT: Good enough.
AMMO PLACEMENT: The RF, toaster, and seeker powerups on the left with only the bouncer powerup on the right annoyed me a bit. Could use fewer crates/barrels and better ammo placement.
HOST THIS OFTEN? Never really liked this level, so no.
Overall review: Each of these levels would be much better if a lot of the small bugs were fixed. I was surprised to find that two of the levels didn’t have a border at the top. I did’t like the consistent use of bridges all that much, since they tend to cause errors, but some of them I found to be useful. I don’t know what else to think. Needs improvement. I’m done reviewing. 7.0 it is.
really short lvl but if u get secrets it is not as short. some litte jokes were inside the lvl like they do in the normal jazz levels, eg: in knight cap it says ‘cheese is green on tuesdays’!
the level had different music, (good i get bored of hearin the same music again). the level seemed a bit plain but is a bit interestin. for future lvls i reccomend that u make the geneal lvl longer and put less secrets, keep the jokes though! i laughed quite a lot. :D
Well, it seems that Demon Invasion is a pack that full of surprises.
Carrotus In Target: the level design was confusing. There were 2 castles in the level. On of it was in the background, the other one is on the 4. layer which seems bad.
Invasion Of The Castle: there was a small area that needs three trigger crates to save Eva. (for the first two levels, there were too much Tuf Turtles and hidden(!) bats, so they were annoyingly hitting you and you were quickly loosing lives. In this level, the lighting and the goodies-baddies placements were fine!
The Wolf Rabbit: A storytelling level
Sunset Forest: This level, you’re searching for Moonblaze. This level seems like a real forest according to the eyecandy. The bad point of the level was, there were some places that you’re falling into the spikes and cannot rescue yourself.
Meeting With Moonblaze: A good idea! It looks like a non-animated cinematic file:p but it was really good!! You talk with Moonblaze in this level.
Gem Search: You’re searching for three gem rings. A good choosage of tileset! The bad point was some places were too dark!!!
A Flame Of Power: A boring level! You’re waiting for coins falling from the ceiling. Also too long waiting time for falling coins.
Where Bad Rabbits Go: This tileset choosage was worse then the Nature’s Ruins. It’s a quite short level. At last you’re fighting with Devan Shell and then everything is over again!
Generally the pack was good but it could be better. Generally, the goodies were well placed and ete-candy was good (except the false layer tiles in the first level!) Overall a 8.2 from me[This review has been edited by chandie]
You mustn`t create a game to do something like this. And if, you better get graphics fromm jj2 screenshoots ore something. A Mine isn`t blue; it`s black or grey., The Jazz on his much to big spaceboard is too little. And The Carrot is too small. Then there are dots wich you can collect. But why? There is no higscoretable!!!
So Now overall: I`f there is something you can create with jcs, create it with jcs. And DO NOT MAKE A GAME.
I`ts best that this here become erased because its unusefull.
Ya, Ya, theres no things good here, ya.
You can stop holdin’ yer breath; I’ll tell the good people why this level is so darn GOOD.
Graphics? Nice tileset! The backround was bravely bugged to create a bit of a distorting environment. The coke cans, love ‘em. 8.5
Gameplay, Placement? He did a clever thing by putting the seeker ammunition on top of the bottle cap near your home base so that you can grab it, quite secretly. What’s more fun than shoving a seeker missle down your rival’s nostril? However, weapons could have been better and more effective instead of just bouncer ammo on the north-east section of the level. 6.7
Conclusion: Nice, reaaaaaal nice. I don’t see why a tini little peice of crappy review could make it onto this page and give it such a crappy review rating, but I explained myself and I demand that this person can see how good his CTF actually is!

The arrows were not in layer three; they were in layer 2. I used a different approach: forks! Buggy? I ran through the levels an infinite amount of times, it’s not buggy. Beleive me! As long as it’s a 4.x, the BELOVED J2O admin will not get rid of it, so no one will download this level now because of the bad rating. Oh, OH, how HOORRRRIBLE!
BTW- Watch your grammar

Ok, time for a review.
First Impressions: This is a level created by ChippieBW, and it’s better then his last one.
Gameplay: Good. The gameplay here is decent. There are some springs in some places, but there are also unnecessary events. There is also 1 dead end, thats not too bad but no dead ends is always better, of course.
Eye Candy: Good/Very Good. ChippieBW told me that if you use this tileset good, you will make very good levels with it. The eye candy here isn’t perfect, but I can say I like it here.
Placement: Good. This is nice, but some places could have more ammo. There are 3 PU, one RF, Bouncer and Seeker. There is one Full Energy, and the blue base has a warp that leads you to it, but the red base doesn’t have that. The other ammo was placed nice, and there is not too many or too less.
Originality: Good. I can’t say this is original, because the music could be better for a level with the day tileset imo. The base placement is interesting, you need to go up before you can get it. It’s probably original, and nice. The tileset is not really overused, but also not underused.
Others:
Host this: Sometimes.
Download: sure.
I give the level a 7.2. It’s 1 point better then your first one, and I see some potential in you with your next level.
To be honest, I’m surprised.
GAMEPLAY:
The layout, while small, isn’t as bad as I expected. The balance is good enough, but I find the warps to the carrot to be a little too convenient. The level is small, so it shouldn’t have too many warps in it. The flow could be better and less Spaz-biased in a few spots, but I can live with it. Granted there are a few pointless areas, it’s not enough to lower my rating. The border around the level could be a little thicker, though.
EYE CANDY:
It’s better than I thought it would be, but it still has its problems. For example, the water and the leave tiles weren’t used correctly—as seen at the bottom of this level. The eye candy is almost really good, but not quite. It has a nice atmosphere, though.
CARROT AND AMMO PLACEMENT:
No carrots or powerups. I don’t mind the placement of the RF or the bouncer powerup, but the seeker powerup is questionable. It seems easier to get to the seeker powerup with the warp at the bottom right than with any other route. Not only that, but the tube near the powerup leads right to blue base. Some other arrangement should’ve been used. As for ammo placement, not too bad.
HOST THIS OFTEN?
Maybe once sometime. Not bad for a small level, but I wouldn’t trust it for a duel. This is a 7.
Looks like another one of those levels…
GAMEPLAY:
While the layout isn’t too balanced, it’s not as bad as it gets considering the base placement. On the other hand, the layout isn’t any good. The flow is horrible since this level is Spaz-biased and lacks good spring placement. I found the tiles in the 3rd layer around pos 40,28 to be needlessly distracting. There should be a border around the entire level to prevent the flag bug. At least there are team-based start positions, but the Jazz Level Start at the bottom left doesn’t help.
EYE CANDY:
Two things I hate about the eye candy: First of all, the 8-bit textured background doesn’t look good; it probably shouldn’t have been used at all. Secondly, various tiles throughout the set weren’t used as well as they should have been. On a side note, I know that the tileset doesn’t have too much to offer, but using only three layers doesn’t help the eye candy. Mirrow did a much better job with his own tileset.
CARROT AND AMMO PLACEMENT:
No carrots or powerups. Not exactly something one should do while making a CTF level. At least one carrot and a powerup could have been added. The ammo isn’t placed well, either. I especially dislike that huge clump of electro blasters and pepper spray near red base. And the TNT isn’t particularly useful.
HOST THIS OFTEN?
Not even once. Needs a lot of work. 3.
Startpos bug fixed,
Reviewers, please edit your review.
It’s really hard to judge this, but I’ll try:
EYECANDY:
Why are people still using this tileset, and why so often last time? I don’t know, but I know the tileset sucks ass, with so lousy graphics… anyway, the eycandy is not so good. Sprite layer tiles are used in foreground, so you can’t really see where to walk on. The other graphics are also not so good.
AMMO:
Reasonable: no PU’s, no carrots, and a few crates. Also a few soda pops, but they aren’t really necessary.
LEVEL STRUCTURE:
I tested this level in single player, and I guess that’s the only way it worked, because IT HAS NO MULTIPLAYER START POS! FOO! Fix this plz, so that it can be tested online. Otherwise, the structure sux a bit, because the sprtie foreground and other things.
GAMEPLAY:
Mwa. It’s not good, because the sucky foregroudn use, and it’s a little bit frustrating to move around.

RATINGS
————
In fact it isn’t good to rate this, because it has no MP start pos, but beside this I will vote it.
Score: I gave it a 5.0
Download: Perhaps
Host: No.
Perhaps use a good tileset next time, it might help you create better levels than this.
EDIT:
I won’t change my vote. The level isn’t better with the start pos fixed, so the same vote remains[This review has been edited by Niels aka ChippieBW]
First off suckatube that statement of MS Paint is completely wrong. I have seen some cool things come out of MS Paint.
But lets just say these graphics aren’t… “cool” The graphics get a 2/10.
The gameplay is pretty repeditive, slow and boring. I did not get “addicted”. There are no “lives” you just keep going back the level one. This game is not very fun. Gameplay gets a 3/10
Sound is sparse and is just the standard game maker sounds that I’ve heard so much.
Overall this game is not fun.[This review has been edited by Sun Fun Dude]
Quick review here. I wouldn’t review if the author wasn’t breaking so many rules. Those who break rules must be SMITED ;D
Eyecandy – Okay
Rather ugly… there’s not much, I’ll tell you that. Put some more decorations and such in the level.
Gameplay – Bad
Bad gameplay… easy level, and it’s really small. It takes about 1 minute to beat the level. Make the level bigger, harder, and more fun in general if you want a higher rating from me here.
Ammo placement – Bad
What is there is placed in really big groups. And there isn’t much. Overall, the ammo placement is really bad.
Overall: Bad

If you had actually looked at it and figuered out all the secrets maybe it would last longer! I made it easy on purpose for replay value; you can\‘t just run right through the thing without a single care in the world!
