JCF thread

Tired of not getting any reviews on your uploads? Figures that most of the people who upload their stuff to J2O are. However, EvilMike started an official review exchanging JCF thread.

The point is for people to use this thread as a means to agree to trade reviews: “I’ll review your level if you review mine.” This is something that has been practiced for a very long time, and this thread is just a way to facilitate that by providing a neat and organized place for that sort of discussion.

Go request a review now! (and don’t forget to review back)

Edit: Also, don’t forget that you can easily link to your uploads using the [download] BBCode.

It’s a good idea, though requiring a short list of what you’re willing and prefer to review (sort of like what StNick did) may be beneficial.

I’d prefer to not have that as an actual requirement. But if people want to say which sort of levels they are willing to write a review for, they are free to do so.

If think, it depends about trust to somebody.

But this is not real problem! Bigger problem is that, that somebody talks to everybody to write a rewiev for his or her level with 10.0 note. In the other hand, somebody can write the weak rewiev, if he hates somebody. This true is problem, not “rewiev trading”!

Reviews are heavily moderated, so if anyone tries to do that they will get caught, and the rating will be blanked. It’s not a big thing to worry about.

Yes, I do ask for a review to get a 10.0! Of course we donĀ“t. we just want some feedback.

Wow! I look forward to get ratings!

DanYjel on 5 May 2007 at 23:50

IMHO, Quality > quantity, this will also lead to “you gave me low rating, i’ll give you low rating”. but what, it’s fun!

Oh, Danyjel!
