Back once again

We’re back! Except for the forums, the forums backup was messed up so fixing it will take a bit longer (but we hope to bring it back soon). We apologize for the downtime, it was really not our fault this time but that doesn’t make it less annoying, of course. There might be a few errors left that need fixing; if you spot one, leave a comment here.

Update: Forums are back too! Unfortunately the JCF backup wasn’t as recent as the main site backup, and all posts since October 2 have been lost. Our apologies! I’d say, get posting again to make up for it!

By the way, I like the JCS Jazz picture you’ve chosen for the downtime message. He’s got his work gear on as though he’s going to solve everything, yet his hands are out in such a way that he seems to be saying “I dunno, this isn’t my fault.”

Spaztic: and the useless smile of a stereotypical help assissant. It’s like “I’m sorry! I can’t help you! :-)!”

nice. I never noticed that.

Jazz: I’m sorry but I’m afraid you ****ed

Jazz: “Even when I was released back in good old ’98, hosting was a lot betterz”

Stijn on 14 Oct 2009 at 22:53

Well, we weren’t there back in 1998 yet, but though it’s hard to believe, hosting has been a lot worse than this (with the site being offline every so many days).

Its nice to see that everything is back and running once again, and that nothing major was lost or compomised.
