Maybe theres an idea behind this, i have no idea.
If you like monotonous levels go download this. To me it seems very boring.
Everyone could do a level like this (hopefully :-)

First thing that hit me when I tested this level: It lacks eyecandy. I am really picky about things like this and I count eyecandy as a major part of my ratings. The design of this level is pretty good, although the gameplay could be improved a bit by adding some fastfires and a blaster powerup (just a sugestion). I find the bottom part of the level (with all the layer 3 carrots) is pretty empty.
My personal rating: 6.5
