Well seen. I indeed used Minimaze Mk2 as a basis. But, though I still kept it quite small (for a lil contest between me and Waz : Best possible tileset with 40tiles), you notice that it’s more complete than Minimaze(20 tiles).

Well, what have we here ?

Nice tileset. Natural, which isn’t always easy. But I believe Waz made it fine. Nice tieset. (very) good eyecandy.
Some tiles are missing though(hurt for example, or hooks) but all that is necessary is available. The ground has very good grfx, but the plants are +-average. But, weird as it may seem, I really(really) like this set.

This is…small. It’s a small level. Though I kinda like it, one level is not much…

Layout : Not bad, Actually almost good
Weapon placement : Average
Eyecandy : Average, but seeing the used tileset, Good
Tileset use : It’s his own tileset…

Though I don’t really like this level, I find it kinda original. The way you placed these metal-like structures gives it a in-construction like aspect. Weapon placement is kinda bad though. Gameplay average. No special Download recomandations…

Now…For a first race level, it’s really good. And I have a few remarks concerning Flash’ review :
This Is a long race level. I personnaly finished one lap in 42 sec. That’s definetely long. The eyecandy is indeed not wonderfull, but I believe the author made a tileset specifically for race levels, and I believe he did it quite well. Second : there are three very good places to place your explosives, towards the end. There isn’t much ammo, but there never is in official ones.
Further : Waz could’ve made more levels than just one, and on your Whammo Ammo° panel you wrote : “Sields Weapons” instead of “Shield Weapons”.

Giving a rating would be unfair, as you haven’t made the music files. But, good idea anyhow, for the people who don’t yet have those music files.

Well, well…
What we have here is a rather(sorry, but I agree with Waz) average tileset. GrfX aren’t bad, but confusing. And it’s true that the background color makes it confusing while playing. (The fishes at the front layers are overdone in your Demo Level. No, I won’t rate the demo level. Just a fact). Some tiles have average GrfX though, and some animating tiles with the underwater-plants would’ve been nice.

Not a bad tileset, but no special download recommandations. Keep it up !

I suppose u haven’t read my description : it is supposed to be a small tileset.

To make tilesets in 256 colors:
1-under JCS : copie Jazz2 palette under creating a tileset minimanuel.
2-quit JCS
3-put your pc in 256 colors
4-open a bitmap file and put it in a 256 color format(I believe it’s 8bit)
5-paste the Jazz2 palette
6-put your pc back into 16bit or 32bit

Make up ur mind!
Do I have to load it up in 1.23 or 1.24?
WHEN do I load it up in 1.23 and in 1.24?

I have TSF, so I’ll edit it in 1.24. But WHEN do you need to load it up in 1.23?

Well actually a nice pack.

First level is very good. Good weapon placement. Though it was my first time playing it, I had no trouble finding my way.
Second level good. A bit hard to move within those tiles. But nevertheless a good level.
Third level is kinda disapointing having seen the previous ones. Weapon placement isn’t that good. A bit empty.

Kinda Mezzy. And colorfull for sure.
It’s not really my style, but I think u did a good job here. I’ll rate it 7.

The idea is…a bit rookie-like. Though I believe it could be fun with at least 8 players but more would be better. But the idea of limited ammo is kinda wheely…but when the ammo is gone…so is the fun. It gets a bit boring.
But I think the younger ones on the net will enjoy it far more than the elderly.

Well, the animations are rather good, but personnally I won’t be using this TST. The style is not appropriate.

Not to hard to use, wich is good, but (my taste) uses too much colors, wich is bad…
