Time to start a review without rating.
Level 1: I already gave a review on this level. See in First level…Of my DAD rate please!
Level 2:
Gameplay: Not good it goes up and down at some places.
Eyecandy: You tried some but there were many objects in layer 4 and its ugly in the bottom side of the level.
Enemies placement: Too less enemies it`s too easy to complete it in that way
Pickups placement: This was very bad. There were way too amny gems and carrots and almost no ammo.
Others: way too many tile bugs.
Level 3:
Gameplay: still bad. You must run to get up at some places. And you still must go up and down.
Eyecandy: at least a few things, but still bad. No layers only 3,4 and 8 used.
Enemy placement: not good. Too many monkeys there could be more enemy types.
Pickup placement: Still the same. Many carrots and gems. But at least, there was ammo here.
Others: Still the many tile bugs.
now to end the review. No rating because no one does it because you didn`t make it.

Well here is my review!!!

Eyecandy:
Sux!!! There are to many tilebugs it is not fitting together. The background does`t use more layers exept layer 8 that`s bad because with the standart tileset it is easy to do.

Enemy placement:
Bad!!! On some places there are to many enemy`s and like Sun fun dude said if you give a mokey 1 tile use Stand monkey!!!

Item placement:
Bad!!! There was enough ammo and stuff but 10 gem rings in one place is really stupid(sorry).

Other:
Bad!!! The levels are not really short but it was really to easy and boring. I don`t no why you call it Hard.

I don`t like it be glad i don`t rate it. Because i would give a $$3.2$$

It’s pretty good! But it can be better! Just add some stomps, but I can used tiles as stomps! It’s pretty nice work! But it won’t get eight, it’s not that good! 6.2 from me, have a nice day! And I think you’ll just do better next time! ;) I think so!

Eh! You are Unfair! When the Second version of a tileset has got more blox and extras and music it can`t have a lower rating than the First version! That`s unfair!

And: A Example level is ONLY there for explaining you how to use! (So because it names EXAMPLE LEVEL)…..

This tileset was preaty good.
I liked how every thing glowed…..8o
But since it was made in Ms paint it will get points docked.

Since in the lvl it asked for sugestions Ill give you some:

Make a better bg :P
If you make tilesets in MS paint,When you make lines like in the grond or whereever try to make them have a graident.

THose were some tips that I thinbk might help, I hope.

Read my review for the first one. It’s basically the same.
The only difference here is that there are some new tiles, none of that are particularly useful.
I’m not adding anything for the trees glowing, because that was unintentional of you.
Water in 8bit does NOT work; I don’t know what you’re talking about.

Anyway, my review is the same as the one for version 1, but since there are new tiles, I’ll give you +.2 points because I’m nice.

Hmm, good work, i think you have made this with normal paint, better then the first version, much better its bigger and better, a 7!

Ok, ok… Enough with the cliché, time for a review update:

Considering this is made in MS Paint (yes, the infamous program which a reputation of having made bright, limited colored sets), the colors are actually nicely done, which scores extra points in my book. Unfortunately, that’s all there is. The tileset itself is pretty basic, as mentioned in earlier reviews, with just ground, blocks, and some signs. No background, eye candy, nothing to increase the appeal of a level, aside from a bone in the ground, but that’s it: nothing. The example level only shows you how you can use the set and some facts about it.

On an interesting note, I’ve read the readme (as always, reviewers should make a habit of that, there is a point to making them. Heck, even the name of the zip file says you should read it) and it was all about how he got inspiration, how he loved 24… And it says he can draw well, he even drew mangas (Japanese comics for the unknowing). I believe that if he had the proper tools, he could become like Agama, but that’s just me :p

Verdict:
Back to the set. Overall, the rating is on a borderline, just because of the good colors in Paint (I’m a sucker for those, I know). The only thing I can do is suggest these things: get a free copy of Paint Shop Pro somewhere, it works much better than Paint. Secondly, take a good look at tilesets of others (I suggest Agama, Disguise and Blade), especially at the eye candy they put in. I can only give it a 5, because I’m nice :)

Update: Sonictth is well underway it seems, he added (color) animations and water blocks (normally animated) in this set (color animation mean that the colors in the animation keep switching hue or brightness, something Jazz 1 used a lot, because it’s easy to do :P). Tho the additions are not revolutionary, they’re ok (Remember, this is in MS Paint ;P) and Sonictth deserves points for trying. He also updated the example level with the new animations, a “Boulder Coaster” (one thing: Jazz has trouble running up slopes steeper than 45 degrees, keep that in mind), and some new music (Sweet Dreams by Elwood, I’m starting to look like Aiko! o.o).

Updated Verdict:
Pretty Ok, but misses some stuff (Like destructive blocks, and in a Jungle set, vines must be in it! What’s a Jungle without vines? :P). The new rating from me: 6 One more thing: work on your english as well as on your set ;)

I’m dont agree with all, for a tileset with paint is this a normal fine tileset, its handy to use, but the background is bagger i think i can give this a 7.0 cuz it dont suck

I’m so sorry, it’s bad! Five things:

1: To short tileset
2: No animted tilesets
3: Too few colors
4: No stomps
5: I tried my best but I can’t make level out of this tileset without it’s bad!

Sorry, 2.5 from me! Try better next time, and have your tilesets larger!
