A sp lvl that is kinda bad actually….
Eyecandy is nasty!
Music is inadequate…drq_heat does not fit diamondus, orbitus dosen’t fit carrotus etc
THE 2ND LEVEL’S tileset is awful.
Gameplay was easy…at least it was playable..
Pikups:BAD only 3 weapons in the whole game.

EDIT: Coz this problem keeps happening I had to cheat and use the Jazz route. And now, another problem, fatal application error in the Jump and Shoot level.

Eyecandy:
Basic!!! Well in all the levels the eyecandy is okay no tilebugs but it could be better. Oh no what do i see in the oasis level you forgot to make the wall complete a hole in the wall.
And oh no again in the final level to
the wall is really ugly if those ugly
thing where good i would give this episode a lot higher.
Enemy placement:
Good!!! The enemy placement is great because there are not to much enemies but really enough to keep the levels fun and all the enemies fit in the levels.
Item placement:
Good!!! There is ammo food gems coins powerups and more.
Other:
Okay!!!The levels could be longer but it is not to short. The musics fits in the levels and there is enough to do in the episode.
Well it is good but not so high because of the eyecandy problem but still a !!6.5!!

Eyecandy – Bad
Needs work. There is no background, and not much anywhere else. The rain is ugly.
Gameplay – Very bad
Lacks springs, is Spaz biased, has bad layout and flow.
Ammo placement – Bad
No good. No powerups, at least none that I saw, and limited ammo.
Carrot placement – Bad

Late CTF Level Review Number 02: Tree CTF
(Against my better judgment, I will review this level offline. I may later on adjust the rating when I finally get around to hosting this online.)
GAMEPLAY:
I can’t say I like the flow from the first five seconds I saw this level.

I don’t like this. The flow is too rigid and Spaz-biased. It’s hard to see where I’m going (I blame Disguise for the way the tileset has to be used, but some improvisation could have been applied here). The balance could use a lot of work. The start positions were placed lazily (not even team based). And the one tile border may allow for the flag bug to pop up midgame. Unfortunately, I’m not in the mood to give a lot of advice so I’ll stop here.
But… Let me just ask this: if you know you can get stuck in certain places, why didn’t you try harder to prevent this?
EYE CANDY:
It’s confusing to say it simply. Players might get used to it, but I don’t really want to (to be honest). Actually, eye candy isn’t too bad; I just hate those tree branch thingies in the background. But in all, I have to say good job on actually being able to use this tileset at all.
CARROT AND AMMO PLACEMENT:
No carrots, uneven ammo placement, and questionable powerup usage. I don’t know what to think about the two ice powerups. No wait, I can: they are unneeded and just get in the way. Ice in this level in general is probably not needed at all. I say this from what I can tell, and what I can tell is this level needs a major overhaul.

Don’t. 5.2 and try again. I get to be the first person to actually rate this. Joy.
PS: I am almost sure “Tree.j2l” will be overwritten one day. Anyway, message me if you actually want some real CTF advice.

Argh, I can’t do much here. Very annoying level… the eyecandy limits your ability to see. If I reviewed this, it wouldn’t be much more than 4.[This review has been edited by labratkid]
This was no good level. I review it the way like blurredD.
Gameplay: The gameplay was boring, the level was too long and too low. There were some vines in it which is a bit average, but there were other things which are no good of this level. There were events in the walls and you cant pick up that events. And there was no border around the level which prevents the flag bug. And the v-poles were unnecessary in that place. And that hurt events are unnecessary too. And the warps were placed somewhere in the level.
Eyecandy: It uses too many diamonds and that gem events were used as eyecandy too, i think. The sprite layer eyecandy was not very bad, though. It was overused a bit. The other layers weren`t used except layer 3 and 8.
Carrot and ammo placement: There was no full energy carrot here, which is needed in a CTF level. The power-up placement and ammo placement was bad. There was too many ammo in this one. It uses 8 chests of ammo + 15 in a place.
Host his often?: No, this is a bad CTF level, you need to practice before you want to get a high rating. My rating is 3,2[This review has been edited by da man]

Mmm, pretty good levels. The last one is disgusting and it doesn’t even have a background, and the second to last one has no exit. The first two are good, though.
