The fog is incredibly annoying. The music is trash, but the game is sort of fun, It’s a challenge only because of the fog in the first level. It will annoy the hell out of you!

I would hope that you’re using my music, man :D

I was thinking about deleting this after John4300 got it, but I’ll keep it because people are actually downloading it.

Let’s see here, what we got here is a pretty fun race level, using a perfectly converted cool tileset. Ok, you included all necessary things to play the game, the music was a good choice, graphix are good, tileset usage was good. About the only thing bad, was that it was a little too easy, you should make it more of a challenge.

Ok let’s see here, graphics are great, gameplay is great, and basically this level is great. Good weapon placement, more food would have been nice. Interesting and somewhat pointless secrets soemtimes, nice medium size well-rounded level. 8.2 for you.

Most importantly add more food, and make it harder to get to the base. It’s too easy a run from left to right and vice versa.

I don’t know if I should give you rating or not. Since this really isn’t your level I probably won’t.

And anyway you shall get a review later if I bother to fix my JJ2 today.

This is pretty good. But let me give you some words of advice. When you upload a tileset ripped from a game, you should always include the essentials to every tileset. I’ll explain: Exit sign, text sign, maybe arrows, scenery trigger block, trigger block.. You get the point, there isn’t really much you can do with the tileset, so I don’t blame you there.

But good job, great conversion of the original game.

I still have to fix my JJ2 before I can really test this. But since I used to make levels all the time, this is a golden rule. Never make long filenames, and avoid spaces in the filename. You should reupload this to 1 simple short filename.

This thing is great, sounds awesome, althought I think you should make the song loop around 1 or 2 more times.

Well, what can I really say? Some of the files are badly labeled, so I can’t really tell what part of JJ1 they are from. They are really horrible sounding, but no blame goes to the author, as I know already that midi is a piece of crap format, I’ll probably check out Acld’s midi uploads.
