To be frank, the tileset needs more work.

Some of the tiles look okay. I like the crawling vine and the red girder (though the later could use some end pieces).

The rest are okay, but some don’t join together very well, and the graphical quality is very inconsistent.

Also, the starfield background is way to busy. Makes it hard to see.

One more point: Why does everyone always make blocky tilesets? You sould focus on adding some curved surfaces. Otherwise it all comes off looking like a Super Mario Bros. tileset (the first SMB that is).

Bottom line: I’ve seen worse, but this still needs some major work. Hang in there.

Different, yes.

But this tileset needs some major work done. A few blocks (some of which are very poorly done), some simple “hotel” eye-candy (beds, sinks, etc.), and a flat black background.

Frankly, I couldn’t recommend it even to someone who likes hotel levels. Put some more work into it.

3d elect and Jazz Run Forest are the only usable tilesets here. The rest are just ugly and impossible. Make 1 good tileset, and maybe you’d get better reviews. Roseta Real Set isn’t even a “Real Set” as it claims.[This review has been edited by Trafton AT]

All slightly below average levels. Cool Life and the carrotus one looked like they were sort of stopped in the middle, because there’s just this big wall on the right. Bleh. And shields are used.

However, there are a few things I like about these. The stars in the Mez01 level for example. Reminded me of Math Rescue. And there were a few interesting things about Cool Life.

As a closing note, don’t say a all battle pack is multiple. It means multiple types of gameplay, not multiple levels. :P[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]

Tip: instead of 8 bad tilesets spend your time on one tileset that is really good.

Ok, I will have a look and try to improve them.
These are my first tilesets…So what should be expected?
