Oh well, nm. Let’s get on with the review: (and it’s gonna be a short one this time)

OK…uhm…good weapons placement although I don’t like the idea of having so few bouncers.

Very good eyecandy but maybe a little too extreme.

The gameplay is excellent. No obstacles like in Maniac Land.

100% Lori friendly for TSF users. :-) (But since it’s a 1.23 lvl I won’t raise my rating)

GREEN SNOW?! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND SUPERSAIYAN?!

The lvl tend to be a little too confusing, but you can fix it by cutting down on the foreground layer eyecandy and take the snow away.

GOOD STUFF
1. Very nice eyecandy.

2. Very good weapons placement.

3. Good lvl designs.

4. Original ideas.

5. Marvellous trigger effects.

BAD STUFF
1. In the swamp lvl, you can get stuck on the drums.

2. Lvls are…VERY confusing. BTW, as Cmdr Dats said: Foreground layer rain DOES NOT work.

3. Bad gameplay for some lvls. Too much obstacles.

4. Food in MP lvls is not good.

5. In evil3 (I forgot the name) the weapons are too unbalanced. Try to add more toasters, RFs and less fastfires.

6. The 50 coins seeker powerup is also too annoying. Reduce it to 20 and it will be more accessible and makes the weapons more balanced.

This is gonna be a short one…

Tileset is ok but it’s kinda boring and lacks eyecandy. The lvl is quite good too but it’s very confusing and somehow, I haven’t been able to reach the seeker powerup with Jazz or Lori which lowers rating cause it’s very unfair if only Spaz players can get the seeker powerup.

7.0 and a download recommendation it is!

Oh, blimey! Here we go again…another fantastic tileset by Agama…you know, I must stop throwing 9.0+ ratings around…oh well, nm. Let’s get on with the review.

Agama’s new tileset has got an incredible long name: Swamps of The Sleeping Jaguar and the contents is even more incredible. There are three different versions of the tileset. Day, evening and of course night. Each of them has the same amount of tiles and holds the most fabulous textured tiles I’ve ever seen. The animations has got very high quality and the background/foreground tiles are absolutely marvellous.

Now then, let’s split the review up a little:

Eyecandy.
Basic tiles.
Walking blox.
Platforms.
Backgrond/foreground tiles.
Other tiles.
There ya go! :-)

EYECANDY
Well, what should I say? The eyecandy is as good as it can be. Green, muddy grass, big trees and tree stumps, two kinds of rain, pools of water, sleeping jaguars and spider webs. There’s simply nothing more to say. Oh, and not to mention those quite little jaguars with their heads sticking out of bushes, they’re very nice. :-)

BASIC TILES
They’re all there. Buttstomp, destruct, ? and all kinds of blox. They’re all there. Also, there’s of course rain, (which I mentioned in the section EYECANDY) poles, vines, text tiles and hurt tiles in form of a jaguar’s claws. Very nice and original. :-) Nothing more to say, really. WALKING BLOX
Walking blox? Well, there are loads of stuff you can walk on here…grass, treestumps, rocks, wooden bridges, loads…loads…they’re so beautiful I’ve decided to be lazy and not write anything more. ;-P

PLATFORMS
Platforms? Well, there are loads of stuff you can make platforms of…grass, treestumps, rocks, wooden bridges, loads…loads…they’re so beautiful I’ve decided to be lazy and not write anything more. ;-P (BTW, this section is almost the same as the section above. ;-P)

BACKGROUND/FOREGROUND TILES
Wow! Highly detailed trees, roots and pools of water makes these background/foreground tiles one of the best!! Nothing more to say…

OTHER TILES
Other?? OOOH GOD!! I DON’T WANT TO CONTINUE THIS STUPID REVIEW ANYMORE!! GRRRRR…

Creepy tileset…
ET has once again made a GREAT tileset! The animations are superb, the eyecadny is fantastic, the originality is…alright, I guess. ;-P

I’m too lazy writing a long review so I’m just gonna stick with a short one.

Very good…very…a bit confusing though, but… (what a miracle!) I got used to it. ;-P

An excellent racing lvl. The obstacles are very original and they’re packed with springs, freezing stuff and pinball bumps. I especially like the Steps of Recoil. Very, very nice indeed. :-) Btw, Hawking, do you mind me editing your lvl a little just to make it even harder? Plz??

Anyway, this is a short but must have racing lvl. I’m giving Celestial Races an 8.5 and a download recommendation.

Not a very good lvl at all. Just an sort of average quality lvl. The weapons placement is good but there isn’t enough effort put into the lvl and the gameplay isn’t very good either. The lvl also lacks eyecandy and some of the powerups are placed so that only Spaz and Lori can get 50x ammo out of it. Also, since the lvl is TSF only, Lori unfriendlyness is not good so -1 points for that. I also noticed that the lvl isn’t properly masked in some places and it’s very annoying when you run into the unmasked places. And to lower the points even more, a warp is at the corner of the unmasked area which means it can’t be used. Sry Unhit, but this isn’t a very good lvl at all. 4.5 it is.

Nice pair of lvls Unhit. :) The gameplay’s ok and so is the weapons placement. I don’t mind lvls being small cause I like small lvls. :) Also, the eyecandy is fine by me and er…and so on. :) Oh, and there are some funny messages around. ;)

Unfortunately, the lvls are still in not very good quality. (good quality, but not very good ;-P) The lvls are using the AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! heavily overused Carrotus and Diamondus tilesets which makes the lvls kinda boring. Also, there are some places where you have used wrong tiles, Unhit, so it looks pretty unrealistic. To sink the rating even more, the lvls are highly Lori unfriendly, and because it’s TSF lvls, that’s unacceptable. Sry.
Well, there are some more errors and stuff but I don’t want to make you sad, Unhit, so I’m not gonna write them here.
This lvl gets an download recommendation if you like small lvls and the tilesets Carrotus and Diamondus and a 6.2

MMMmmm…psych…this tileset rocks (not more than the pyramids though ;) and yes, I completely agree that the Psych tileset is hard to use and once, I tried to make a battle lvl out of it. I pshyched out. :) Anyway, the eyecandy is just like Saiyans previous lvls the eyecandy is absolutely ExceLLenT and weapons placement is, quite so-so but it works so I guess it’s not such a big deal.

The lvls gameplay, however worries me and does sink the rating 0.1 points. It’s just that the lvl is too confusing with all these eyecandies and you don’t know whether you can go through this wall or not. Also, there’s annoying obstacles and badly placed springs everywhere. That sinks the points by 0.2 points.

Well, it’s getting late so I wanna go and play some Jazz2 be4 I go to sleep. :-) I’ll give this an 7.7 and a download recommendatin.

Brilliant!! It works! Well at least it works for the one who is Lori. For the rest I’m just weird animations but that’s cause I’m using an edited TSF Jazz2.exe file. I’ll give this an 8 for now but for ppl who’s got 1.23, plz test the Lorifier properly.

Whoa! The new version rocks!! (Not more than the pyramids though ;D) There are some Spaz’s and Jazz’s in weird looking colours and also some gems, they are too, in weird looking colours. There are some purple textured blox with some triangle thingys to walk up and down with and kinda funky looking hooks and vines. I also like the blue gems at the end of the vines and there are also some other blox. Oh, and not to forget the green/purple Spaz’s with an 18th style hat on!! :-D It’s really cool! Not even mirrow could have thought up something like that. 0.5+ for that. :-D Oh! And also, if you switch the masks on, you can see very funny messages. 0.2+ for that. :-D (very creative ;) There are also blue and purple spikes to act as stuff that hurt and nice looking blox. There’s also many different kinds of multicoloured/textured blox and they are just…awesome! Waterdemon has, in this version, added exit signs and text signs too and of course, there’s…well…stuff. ;) Loads of stuff. ;)

But, however, the tileset is still quite small and you could’ve added a theme to the tileset and most important of all: a good name for the tileset. I would recommend:
“The 4th Dimension” because everything here is so weird looking.

Some of the rabbits are modified and looks much better but some is still not very well textured and finally, the blox tend to be a liiiiitle…er…confusing. :-)

What you could do to improve the tileset even more, Water Demon, is to:

1. Work even more on the eyecandy.
2. Work more on the textures of the Jazz’s and Spaz’s.
3. That’s it.

BTW: To show that the tileset is NOT completely useless, (like some ppl said)I’m gonna make a lvl out of it to show yer what you can do with it. And WaterDemon, take this 7.2. You’ve deserved it. :-)

But, however, the tileset is very small and lacks destruct blox, text, stuff that hurts ;-) and of course eyecandy. The rabbits are the main part of the eyecandy but they’re not very well textured and finally, there’s no foreground and background tiles which lowers the tileset’s points.

What you could do to improve the tileset, Water Demon, is to:

1. Work more on the eyecandy.
2. Add more stuff, (useless stuff if necessary) cause as yer all know stuff is good. ;-D
3. Work on the textures of the Jazz’s and Spaz’s.
4. Create foreground and background stuff.
5. That’s it.

BTW: To show that the tileet is NOT completely useless, I’m gonna make a lvl out of it to show yer what you can do with it. And WaterDemon, I feel pretty bad for you, getting such low points. Here, take this 5.2. :-)

Oh, and an comment to Mariek: either review the tileset or don’t post an review at all cause yer question has got nothing to do with this tileset. If ya wanna have an answer to yer question, post it on JCF. Ok? :-P

New Amazon Forest is just like Flash said very cool. It’s got many realistic jungle animals like parrots, other birds, piranhas, poisonus frogs, sloths, lizards, snakes and much, much more. Most of them are also nicely animated and can be used for various stuff. (Of course, that doesn’t mean that they can’t be used for eyecandy. ;) There are also many kinds of trees, platforms, bushes, leafes, vines, tree stumps and many more “woody” stuff. ;) Of course, everything in a rainforest isn’t natural. It’s obvious that the Spaztects (no, I mean Aztects ;-) once reigned the land ere and left some building blocks behind them when their civilization was destroyed by the Spanish. (Ok, ok, I promise, no more history stuff in the rest of the review ;-P)

However, there are some bad things in this tileset. Unlike all the other reviewers opinion, I do not think this tileset resembles an Amazon rain forest at all. There aren’t enough flowers, trees, vines, rocks and other jungle stuff and the few flowers and trees this tileset has got is pretty plain and boring. Come on! This isn’t somebody’s backgarden! It’s an giant jungle!!!!! The tileset is so…so garden like and it doesn’t fit an jungle at all. But, if you add loads of trees and vines and green stuff in the foreground layer of a lvl and make everything VERY confusing, then maybe the lvl will look a little bit like a real jungle. ;-) So, instead of having the name New Amazon Forest, I recommend to rename it to:
Very Badly Designed Back Garden with Loads of wild Animals in It.
(Just kidding! ;-D)

Because the tileset doesn’t look like a jungle at all, I’ve decided to lower the average point and give it an 7.2.
And an download recommendation of course.
Oh! And btw, the other reviewers of this tileset are HEAVILY overrating this tileset. :-P

WOW! Absolutely fabulous! Great eyecandy! I’ll just give this tileset a brief review:

There’s loads of metallic 3D blox around, background stuff like mountains and acid rain, blox for destroying, vines, caves stuff, weird looking hooky thingys (or warp thingys), bridges and stuff, good looking texts and all sorts of spacey stuff. And…of course everythings neatly toned. ;-)

Also, there are extra animations for trigger stuff and…other stuff…so…

I’ll give this an MEGA-BIG rating of 9.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Cause I felt like so ;-P)
