Ok, I gotta review this level.
Gameplay: Good/Very Good. Itās excellent, there are a few springs but you canāt put many here. The balance and flow are nice, if you learn the left side you learn the right too. And others is also good.
Eye candy: Good/Very Good. Itās well-done. There could be some more in some places, it would be a higher rating and maybe it will be very good then.
Pickup placement: Good/Very Good. There is not that many but there is space between the ammo and the power-ups are good placed. One power-up at each side and the third in the middle-center of the level. Nice. The Full Energy is also good placed, of course. In a symmetrical level itās always easy to put a Full Energy at the right place.

Thanx to this level I started to like this tileset much.
I didnāt think that you can do such a great stuff with this tileset as Snooz showed to us in this level.

Aka NiQ? Iām not even going to bother asking. Let me just review thisā¦
GAMEPLAY:
This is another symmetrical level with good flow, and itās a little bigger than the last few levels (could have a larger playing area). There arenāt any major flaws in the layout, and Spaz doesnāt have much of an advantage. The design of the level isnāt too innovative, but it is slightly different from the ordinary.
EYE CANDY:
I liked a lot of the eye candy, but I think some of it could be much better. There are a few flaws, and some parts look dull, although Iām not one to talk with the example levels I made (I probably should start hosting some of the newer levels I made with this setāmuch better eye candy). But there was the standard that stripe set, and this ranks up there with it. The eye candy is pretty good and a little innovative, and the effort can be seen here.
CARROT AND AMMO PLACEMENT:
At the top middle of this level, thereās a full energy carrot which can be shot down to the bottomāsomething I see myself doing on occasion. In general, the powerup placement is good enough. Itās questionable with the carrot and the toaster and bouncer powererups placed on the fastest route between the two bases, but itās not that big of a problem for me. Still, maybe all of the powerups shouldnāt be so easily reached. Anyway, I canāt complain about how ammo is distributed. Thatās all I have to say.
HOST THIS OFTEN?
Sometimes or maybe more often than that. There arenāt enough reasons why I canāt give this an 8.
The Edit: So maybe I donāt like the eye candy as much as I first thought. Those gray tiles arenāt exactly just random eye candy tiles; theyāre really suppose to be destruct scenary tiles. I didnāt like the way they were used in this levelāprobably the thing about this level I dislike the most. Thereās also that eye candy problem at 45,52 with the red blinking tiles, which annoyed me a bit. Everything else I can live with. EYECANDY: 9.3
I saw the lighting first, and it isnāt bad. It adds to the ānightā feeling. Also it isnāt really bad to see the buildings. The eyecandy is almost awesome.
GAMEPLAY: 8.5
Actually, gameplay is good. Too good. You did not put ANYTHING between the both bases. Just run left, run right, run left, run right, and roast the opponent flagcarrier sometimes.. Toooo EASYYY!! No one needs to go UP because you can just run left and right without jumping. FUNWEE.
FUN FACTORZ0R: 5.4
The FUN FACTOR is which causes stuff. Whatās fun at running left and right all time? You donāt even need to jump anywhere. This isnāt fun even with many ppl. Good fun. Or how about not.
AMMO PLACEMENT: 5.7
Oh, the stuff is almost good. But bad. Near the blue base are two powerups. In the middle is an RF powerup. Near red is a full health carrot. What kind of world is this? These days God has given red team the carrot and blue gets the pwnage weapons? Itās like that blue are hunters and red are targets with pwnage health amount. Anyways, biased stuff. Yay.
OVERALL: 6.2
Itās somewhere about average. Little below anyway.

Eyecandy is a sort of good. Mega Megatropolis is a VERY limiting tileset in case of eyecandy. LOL Disguise. Some things would have been nice (yay, first time I agree with LaB). The color of BG doesnāt match with the lighting in level.

Gameplay isnāt so nice. The flow makes it. Yes, that is a sux0r part of level. And not too much fun factor in it. Yep, I just didnāt like this level. But the layout is ok, though.

Placement is rather bad. Blue Team is a sort of biased ācoz the Super Carrot and RF Powerups. Blur has right. However, ammo placement is very good. Generally itās a sort of average. You know : This bad and this good. Effect : 0 points.

I would say itās ākind of boringā no matter how many players.
GAMEPLAY:
The flow is mostly good; I sort of liked it. The balance is almost decent, aside from a few flaws. It feels like there should be something else at the top left, like some more space to play in. Overall, thereās nothing new with the gameplay. This is pretty much a typical CTF level.
EYE CANDY:
The eye candy is good, although nothing incredibly innovative, but Iām glad to see an underused tileset was used here.
CARROT AND AMMO PLACEMENT:
The full energy carrot is at the top middle, though itās a bit closer to the blue base. Powerup placement is probably the worst part of this level. The toaster and bouncer powerups are too close to each other. Also, the blue base has the RF powerup near it while red base has nothing. I probably would have placed the toaster powerup closer to red base if I made this level. As for ammo placement, distribution could have been a little better, but itās mostly good.
HOST THIS OFTEN?
No, but at least play it once. 7.2 it is.

Gameplay ā Good
The gameplay is good for the most part. The layout is nice, and the overall fun factor is nice, but the flow is rather suck. The springs are poorly placed, for one thing. In many places, I donāt even know why springs are used. Springs also tend to get you to where you never want to go in a levle ā into a slope on a ceiling. There is nothing worse when it comes to flow than hitting a slope on a ceiling due to a poorly placed spring, as it slows you down a lot.
Pros: Good gameplay and layout.
Cons: Bad flow.
Eyecandy ā Good
Although the Mega Megatropolis set looks very nice, itās very limiting in the eyecandy section. Anyway, this tileset doesnāt quite go to the max with eyecandy, but itās decent and gets the job done. A little more wouldāve been nice; Iām not particularly fond of the background, for example.
Pros: Decent eyecandy.
Cons: Not the best Iāve ever seen.
Ammo placement: Good
The ammo placement here sort of reminds me of the ammo placement in my own levels, so Iām naturally going to like it. Thereās never really much to say about ammo placement in levels, as long as they have ammo that is decently placed.
Pros: Nice ammo placement.
Cons: Still, no ammo placement in any level has come close to the goodness of the ammo placement in Distopia.

Ok, time to review this level
Gameplay: Good/Very Good. Excellent gameplay, great balance, the level is small. That its small is not bad, but the two ways that go up at every base, could be better cause you can camp there and there is not many space in there.
Eye candy: Good/Very Good. Also, excellent eye candy, although some places(like BlurredD said)have less then others.
Pickup placement: Good/Very Good. Excellent placed, but three power-ups is maybe 1 too many, but its OK, cause my levels often have three power-ups too. Thats the only thing what keeps it from very good. The Full Energy was just in the middle, but if itās a symmetrical level thatās always good.
Overall: Good/Very Good level.
Host often: Sometimes.

GAMEPLAY:
The layout is symmetrical, and the flow is mostly good, but there are a couple of huge downfalls. The first of these is the size. There simply isnāt much to the level. It could be used for dueling, but I wouldnāt recommend it. The second downfall is the warp targets directly above the springs. If a player gets hit before or right after entering the warp, that player will be stuck bouncing on top of the spring indefinitely. Thatās about all I can point out thatās bad about the layout, yet itās enough to hurt the rating a lot.
EYE CANDY:
The eye candy was made well with this tileset. Itās a little above average, although there are some parts I donāt like all too much. I donāt have anything else to say about it.
CARROT AND AMMO PLACEMENT:
Well, itās a symmetrical level, so the carrot and powerup placement canāt be that bad. Too bad the level is so small. Three powerups arenāt really needed, but they can all stay. Ammo is placed well enough, so no complaints there.
HOST THIS OFTEN?
I would say no, but it is a good level for its size. Maybe host this on occasion. 7.2 is my rating.

Eyecandy is fairly good. These ground-like tiles in background, the color of the TXTured BG, and layer 3 used not only for secrets. Iāve not see tilebugs. Well done.

Nextās gameplay. Yep, itās too small. But there are two alternate routes to opponentās base. Itāll be ideal for InstaGib, when hosted for Battle. Every CTF can be Battle, any Battle canāt be CTF. It is supposed to be a duel CTF, I think.

Placements of objects, goodies, items, and generally events : Wow. Any team isnāt biased. The ammo is placed in the central point of level. And bases are placed at bottom, on two opposite ends of corridoor. No shields. But also no coin warp. Next time place a coin wrap they make level more good ~Dx. Hahah. He has right. Placement is generally above average, though.

So, this is a battle pack so itās quite hard to rate for me because I havenāt created those sections for battle levels/levelpacks with which to rate it overall because Iām not interested about battle levels so much, especially not interested to rate them. Well, because I saw that this had got that high rating, I decided to download it, well Iāll tell about my opinions soon about the levels, but that I at least this time also interested to rate this. Yes, this is hard to rate because this is my first time when I rate a battle level. Ok, letās see what can I create to sections, and what points do you get.
EYECANDY
This is really great. Not wonder if this levelpack has even got already an overall rating of 8.6. It looks some times confusing, this amount of eyecandy would be better in sp-levels than in battle levels, because you have to be more serious, or ugh⦠Itās hard to explain. Well, anyway cuz I didnāt find any eyecandy-bugs, I give a 10. :] (Btw, I thought that the darkness-levelās tileset was made by Blade because it looked so simple, but Disguise surprised me!) :O

Well done, just make some more cool things to your levels, make them more, fill them better and balance the size of the levels. Just only change the layout with the tileset.

Good!!! A good eyecandy with a good background and no tilebugs.
item placement:
Good!!! There is enough ammo and ammo of al kinds of weapons. I Say 2 powerups in the levels of gun 8 and 9.
There is also Fast fire in the level.
Other:
Fine!!!It`s not big but big enough. The music fits okay. Can get stuck in the wall by those fast fire things with the one way. Layout is also great and the springs are well placed.
This level is good a 8.5
The food factory.
Eyecandy:
Great!!! The eyecandy is really great because the background rocks and the animations are good to.
Item placement:
Good!!! Again ammo of al kinds except the tnt. The ammo is great placed to and again i found 2 powerups pepperspray and bouncers.And there is a lot of food.
Other:
Good!!! The layout is good the gameplay is good. The springs are again well placed BUT sometimes it`s better if you replace the bleu into green springs. Also It`s confusing because on some places there are springs hidden in the wall. The music fits great in the level.
Also a good battle level a !!8.7!!
The space fortress.
Eyecandy:
Good!!! The eyecandy rocks again good background and foreground like flying ships and tubes But it`s a little bit confusing. Sometimes i almost can`t see a thing.
Item placement:
Good!!! Again well placed and all kinds of ammo again except freeze and TNT. I again found 2 powerups of bouncers and pepperspray.
Other:
Good!!! The music fits some funny text things and a good layout and gameplay.
To bad that the level is a little bit confusing but still great a $ā¬8.0ā¬$

Ok, I review now a new level.
Gameplay: The gameplay was good. I saw that its small but for a small level the gameplay is good.
Eyecandy: Eyecandy is very good. Some good dark tiles and other colors. thats great
Pickup placement: There was some good pickup placement, but also, there could be more I think. I saw one full NRG carrot, that is good in a battle level, but a few carrot energy+1 is good too. So, no comments about that. I saw two power-ups, and they were good chosen(Seeker and Bouncer). I put that two power-ups often in my levels, only the last one had blaster and seeker.
Others: I saw no MP starts, only a jazz start near the powerups. And the tileset is hard to use(for me)
