Medivo looks ominous in these colors! The palette is really nice.
I see there are some problems with flags and blocks- like if you’ve pasted them from another file and they were spoilted as the picture exceeded the limit of 256 colors. This effect could be easily avoided if changing directly the table of colors.
There are some white pixels above the big white square in the left side of the set, they spoil the view of moving ledge constantly appearing each time it’s moving back.
As Cooba has already noticed the mask is original so there are tons of places to get stuck in the level. For example you can easily avoid Bolly’s rockets in the lower rigth part of the arena due to the clumsy mask.
There aren’t any new tiles as well…
I put 7 because I like this recolor and the Medivo tileset itself.
You make me laugh. It’s a recolor of an original tileset, so there is no need in uploading any .j2l files- we can download your .j2t and apply them for existing original levels! But you’ve uploaded the level 3 times with different tilesets. I won’t deprive any points for that, but it’s funny :)
The main problem of these recolors is the change of the objects’ colors. Rabbit, enemies and pickups look awful! You could avoid it by not changing the first 96 colors (which are responsible for objects) of the palette. It’s very conveniently to edit the table of colors in Photoshop for example.
Another problem is the usage of the same colors in the single palette. The level looks monochromatic this way.
And finally, you used the original mask while you could fix it, for example, make the spin-roads (or wtf they are) work as they are intended to.
I also like making recolors and I can say for sure that Inferno is one of the most complicated tilesets for recoloring. It’s difficult to imagine it green or red… It would look weird and unrealistic.
This version of Inferno is far inferior to original ones- the ice world and the desert. It’s something average and it definetely doesn’t look good. Firstly, the sky, grownd, trees and the whole level are colored very similar and merge each other. Maybe you should make the sky red or orange. The black snow looks like falling ashes- it could be a good desition if somewhere here was a volcanic activity, but it doesn’t seem so :)
The original mask wasn’t fixed, so it’s a kinda of a wasted opportunity.

The tileset is nice but it’s just a color change.There isn’t anything new like snow for example.. And the example level is Tossted Salad whit this tileset
Sorry… but i won’t rate
For one(or more)reasons I shall not rate this level.
First of all the levels don’t fit because i’ve played kingdom1 and i was forced to skip because i’ve got stuck and it had an error “level not found”
The music dosen’t fit at all, and all 4 levels are exactly like level 1 but with a diferent tileset and all of them are buggy.
Remember: If you want to make a good level, take your time and put some of your soul in it, no matter how long it takes.
Ok, lets begin.
The eyecandy was in one word: “Horrible!”.
I knew it wasnt gonna be perfect and great, but what i did expect was that it was gonna be a level.
This level was far from playable/enjoyable.
I played one level, then i deleted the rest of it.

Eyecandey
Wow. this is garbage. There are 2 main things wrong:
1: This is just a jumble of tiles form castle. Almost nothing fits and it looks done in 10 minutes.
2:ALL the levels use the same eyecandey. In fact, all the levels are the same except for different pallets.
Not sure what else to say about the eyecandey.

Linear, same enemies and pickups. HUGE clump of seekers at the end. Lot of gems, and only the bosses changed in each level. That’s All I have to say.

Eyecandy
8,4The eyecandy is the best part of this level. You allmost made a wonder with it. The background layer has been completed. It was creative to allocate the grey tiles in the layer 8 ,what makes it better ,alias and unaccustomed. Also much of the „cave tiles“ affect on the level. Hmmmm…the layer 3. You inserted a lot of flowers ,trees , bushes,blanks and paths. Your plant and „cave“ nature made a nice impression during playing. In that all it looks that you gave a lot attention in this level and also mucher then in the gameplay.
BRIEF:It“s the best part oft his level.With this eyecandy this level is more interesting and rather. But even it couldn“t dazzle the gameplay.
Gameplay
7,0Like in your last(xlmlava) there rested a lot of blank space. Not so much like in the last time , but a lot. Falling is the backbone of this level. It“s sure that u wanted to make it for jazz too, but its even too much for him. Also, it was very hard on the beginning to find the way where the carrot points are.I needed like 25 minutes to know them mentaly(but of course in a 1v1), for the center (where“s the bouncer pu) too. This level is symmetrical, so bases are aparted with a wall thats“s under the center.
BRIEF: A lot of falling, rebounds with the springs…confused arterial parts.
Weapon & carrot replacement
7,6All power-ups are on nice places, but maybe it would be better if the full-NRG carrot would be in the center and not the bouncer pu. But then that 2 full-carrots should be 1-energy-c“s and the bouncer pu should be somewhere up in the middle. But I know that u had a good decision and that u wanted to make it unusual. Also 2 same pu“s(seek-up and rf-down) were a pretty good idea. So both teams can take easily their pu, from their side. It“s not important to coment the ammo because there are enough pu“s so u can easily get 50 of some weapon. But with a half-blank level the weapon&carrot replacement can not be much higher then the gameplay.
BRIEF: Unusual decision, (maybe the usually would be better) but its OK. With this idea all pu“s are on nice places.

As far as I can tell, this is just a color change, and isn’t trying to be anything more complicated, so I’ll leave it unrated. It’s a nice color change… no real x-mas theme, just wintery, which I fully support. Most of the tileset looks great, but I think the carrots are too dark and the radish just looks weird. Aside from that it’s very nice to look at, though I’m not sure if anyone will actually use it.
there were 2 other pallettes in the conversion.it wasn’t just red.I don’t understand why you didn’t mention the other pallettes.Nethertheless,i thank you for your review.
