This tileset takes about one hundred tiles, altogether. A pretty small tileset, yes, but the author was able to use it very well, so the example level did have average eyecandy…
However, the less tiles there are, the more animating tiles you’d have; But why would anyone want to do that? With no room for destructable scenery or similar ideas, consider this a great rip, though… The example level tells you about the different sceneries you can use…

How could this tileset be improved?
You might not make too many animated tiles with this tileset, which means you can add more tiles to this tileset. Destructable scenery that would look different from a wall would be handy… Also, tiles that would fit well to make animated tiles or trigger events would give this level more life. Good job, Newspaz. I believe people can look at this tileset and see what they could, and should make out of a tileset…

7th Level Fall and Jehlevator are two great, but confusing CTF levels.
First, I’ll start off with the main feature of this pack… 7th Lava Fall. This level’s long, linear, and confusing. It is more like a misleading circuit, than anything else. The tileset is used very well here. The fact that it is linear doesn’t take the rating down; its a CTF level. At first, it may seem impossible to get to the other base, but then you’ll get the hang of it.
The Jehlevator is especially amusing. The level is very small, but with many people, you’ll have a great time.
Also, this pack contains standalone versions of the levels, where the same level plays after it ends.
The design of the 7th Lava Fall is what brings the rating down a little. I don’t think anyone would ever not get confused…
I highly recommend downloading this pack. However, the other guys who have already reviewed this one should have convinced you, by now. =P

CTF fans will probably enjoy playing CTF in this level as much as battle fans playing battle in this level. The CTF bases are placed in fairly odd, but reasonable areas. The Castle Crazyness level is especially strange, as it is designed like a circuit, and is linear. But after a while, you’ll get used to these levels, and they’ll last for some time. Both of these levels have fairly good eyecandy, which you can expect from a level made by Laguna. Still, some things seem like they shouldn’t be there, but that won’t take down the rating. Like Aiko said, download this level and give it a looksee.

Rabbit-hunt can be a confusing concept, when you look at the level… There are many things you’re limited to, and if you play this incorrectly, you can get yourself stuck. There are a few questions that may come to mind, though…
Why is there a waiting room? All this waiting room has is a trigger crate and two CTF bases right next to each other in a very small area. It just seems pointless because the actual game is supposed to be played in the next level…
Why do the crates block off access to the main circuit for others, when you know they can’t regenerate and you have a bunch of guys stuck in a no fire zone?
The six is for the originality. What could be improved here?
Rabbit hunt never ends. The two CTF bases in the corner are unreachable because the circuit is closed within the walls. A new type of game needs to end. Also, the players need a better chance to avoid being walled in by trigger crates, if they should be walled in at all.

This level uses the castle tileset, the tileset most find very difficult to use. Laguna used the castle tileset well, as the eyecandy of the level is nothing to worry about. Its not the size of the level that brings the rating down, its the layout. He used the layers well, but the level is just too linear. There’s one basic path in a small circle. The goodies in the level were also placed well. If this level were to be improved, it would have to be a little more open and non-linear. The level’s also a bit gloomy, but its fine for the castle tileset. Hopefully, the creation of this level made the creator better with the castle tileset.

This level has a donut-like layout. It seems to be a fun CTF level to play CTF in, but the size falls just under the preferred size for a CTF level. The flag bases are put in nice locations, but its a little too easy to get to the other flag, because there aren’t too many obstacles in the way. Still, this CTF level’s great for those who like short, fun CTF games. From my viewing of this level, I’d say that you should try it out, and even serve it, because this level’s flaws don’t stop you from having fun, at all.

The level design for that flying pumpkins level was nice, but you "abuse" the foreground and background layers! Why would you want these annoying flying pumpkins and blocks flying everywhere? The layout was bad for that vertical tubeelectric level, because it was all, well, vertical! Also, that little box battle is like a jail. My advice: Don’t use annoying things like flying pumpkins and blocks in your foreground like that. Also, don’t have castles in the background appearing out of nowhere. That’s all that I have to say. The design of that one level with the flying pumpkins was fine, and is the only thing that actually brings it up to a 4. The eyecandy of the other layers just isn’t good.

When teaching new things and ideas to other fans, you should make it more interesting, and more explorable, in a sense. A small level like that does not do very well for the example, but the "3" is the credit for finding it out for yourself and showing others how to do it. This may be the most positive review for this level, that can be looked at. The bottom line: Good job. You’re giving ideas to other JJ2 fans, which is a good thing. You’re just not taking any examples for others to follow, to a high level.
